   Bring earplugs, cleaning products and a chiropractor! This is easily one of the worsed hotels I've ever stayed in. Firstly, the noise. We stayed on the 6th floor and the noise from outside is relentless. We're here on a Saturday night as a family as it's close to the Warner Brothers studio. It's like the room has single glazed windows! The whole night you have shouting and even just loud talking from people out drinking down below. There's the traffic and the inevitable idiots with the explosive exhausts. And the trains, yes we are near Watford Junction, but it's as if the window was open (it wasn't), especially when the freight trains go passed. It is honestly so loud that we are all exhausted this morning. Then the beds....we had a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Both are unbareably uncomfortable, more so the sofa bed. Both are just lumps and bumps. The pillows are even worse. No idea how old the pillows are, but they are awful. The bathroom....the shower head was 50% black, not something we were happy to shower under and the sink tap had a brown ring of grime around it's base. This room was £151 and miles away from being worth any part of that. I wish we'd have stayed a little further out and experienced a little comfort. Absolutely awful.

   DO NOT GO HERE!. The room was atrocious, cold and the smell was frankly disgusting to say the least. check in was fairly fast, however it all went downhill when we entered our room. It smelt horrendous, and there was no heating at all!. We spent the night shivering and trying to cover this potent lingering smell which wouldn't go away. We went to reception to notify them that the heating system wasn't working. They said they would look into it but never did, instead we were handed a broken portable heater. We had to sleep in our coats and wear gloves to keep ourselves warm which is unacceptable. after checking out we emailed them explaining that the service we recieved was unacceptable specifically mentioning the lack of warmth and the smell. The reply really does sum up our experience they stated that the room had brand new carpets and the room was "proper" completely disregarding our complaints. Despite the volume of negatives I must say the buffet style breakfast was decent. Overall this hotel is awful, It seems tempting to stay here as a result of its proximity to watford junction train station, but I beg if you want good service and a decent warm night sleep avoid this place at all costs!

   Fantastic location. Very close to catch the Harry Potter bus. Rooms and service are top notch! Breakfast was lovely. If you forget anything they can provide quite a few items. I love the fact they have screen mirroring TV so we can get our TV apps on. Helped my daughter so much to relax.

   Would book again. Clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff, many options to chose from for breakfast and for me who is a coffee lover I really appreciated the coffee machine they had that provided multiple types of coffee. They location is both good and bad. It's next to the train station which on the one hand is really helpful especially if you're a foreigner like us but there's a bit of noise from the trains, nothing major though, we booked a second night in the end. I'd definitely book again. Parking was limited but isn't a problem if you don't have one

   A lovely hotel conveniently close to the train stations, with a handy shuttle to the Harry Potter Studio. The shopping centre is just a 15-minute walk away, which is really handy. The staff are cheerful and welcoming, and the room was clean, tidy, with stable Wi‑Fi. I loved the air‑conditioning, but it’s also nice that you can open the window for fresh air. I was pleasantly surprised to find an iron provided in the room – a nice touch! Breakfast was great, with plenty of options – cereals (with regular or plant-based milk), yogurt, croissants, toast, muffins, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, hash browns, tomatoes, plus juice, tea and coffee. For small improvements, a couple more hooks for wet towels in the bathroom would be helpful, and the instructions for the air‑conditioning panel could do with an update.

   Overall a very nice hotel in a good location to the station and only a 10 minute walk to the the centre. The room was to an acceptable standard, mainly clean although the carpet was stained and could do with a good clean. Good breakfast included. The iron in the room is poor and it takes some effort to actually iron a shirt. The thing that let down my stay and the reason for the lower score is that I only managed half an hours sleep. The air con unit is extremely loud and would not turn off. No matter what I tried, what it was set to it just would not turn off and was rattling on all night until it finally turned its self off at half 5 in the morning!!! I'm used to sleeping with background noise but this was really excessive, even on the lowest setting which is the best I could manage to get it to be. The shower was very good and the water pressure and temp perfect. the only reason for the lower rating is a hotel should be about a good nights sleep and unfortunately this wasn't the case this visit.

   Stayed here before. Booked two rooms one double bed and one two singles. Ended up staying in the two single bed bedroom as the beds were bigger and gave my mother in law the double bed bedroom. There were no water glasses (basic thing to have in the rooms) in either rooms and the extractor fan in our room did not work. Maintenance was not in and offered to move us but we were only there for one night and declined. Breakfast was amazing, really great.

   A good, basic hotel with easy acess into London and very convenient for shuttle bus to Warner Brothers Studio Tours. Rooms clean, with good amenities. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Feels safe, parking available.

   Hotel was lovely, very clean, nicely decorated, great amenities and in a great location for the Harry Potter tour which was the reason for our stay. Only problem was the beds. A double bed, which was broken in the middle and squeaked, and a sofa bed, which was flimsy and uncomfortable, as it turned out totally unnecessary as the room was big enough for another double bed and in fact it would've fit better. And the carpet was in need of a very good, deep clean. Overall not bad for a night's stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

   Room was clean and tidy. Staff were welcoming, polite and accommodating... nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were plentiful with a great selection of items ranging from cooked to pastries and cereals. Good value for money n easy access to trains and bus access for Harry Potter Studios Tour.
