The location is great, just around a 3-minute walk to the train station. The staff were great and solved our issues. I asked if they can make a birthday to my father, and Ms. Afsaneh, along with the great man who let us into the breakfast -I do not remember his name sadly- helped me do it on the spot.

I had a very good stay at Holiday Inn Watford Junction. The location is incredibly convenient — just a short walk from the station, which made getting in and out of London easy and stress-free. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was great, the shower worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was good enough that I could rest properly despite being close to the station. The staff were friendly and efficient from check-in to check-out. Check-in was quick, and any questions I had were answered clearly and politely. Breakfast was well organised with a decent selection, and the common areas were tidy and pleasant to sit in. Overall, my stay was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a reliable base near Watford Junction.

Genuinely, do not stay here. Parking your car costs £12 a day and all you get is a small little side road and when asked if there was any cameras my reply was that camera is not on currently. It was covered with graffiti aswell! Had a chicken burger and the price I paid I was expecting something nice.. it was terrible. No stella on draught leading to no sale from me at the bar. Breakfast was all cold and nothing was warm. Booked a standard room and got a twin room sleeping on a single mattress! Heating not working in room to be told that it’s an ongoing issue! I’ve paid £250 for two nights and I’ll say this for free, pay your hard earned money elsewhere! Really bad hotel and I stay in slot of holiday inns! Owhh and to top it off… the mattress was rock hard so didn’t even have good sleep.

Can’t recommend this place enough! It’s minutes away from the train station, rooms are spacious, there’s air con, comfortable bed, good breakfast times, quiet and I left an item behind in the room and they were absolute stars in getting it back to me. Such friendly helpful staff, had a great stay and then helping me afterwards was just the cherry on top!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. It is a great place to stay if you are going to the Harry Potter studios tour as the bus stop is a couple of steps away. The room was small but it had everything we needed for a short stay, it was really clean, the AC worked correctly, the bed was comfortable enough, the shower was refreshing and it included complimentary tea and coffee. The breakfast was very complete and tasty. The customer service was superb, they were extremely polite since we arrived and it is clear they always try their best for you to have a wonderful stay. We even forgot an item in our room, and we came back for it after checking out, and they did their best to return it for us.

The rooms were very nice and clean, would be nice to have a mini fridge but most holiday inn/premier inn etc don't have them but would be a nice touch. The service was good very friendly and helpful staff and the location was good too, close to harry potter studios where we were visiting so didnt have far to travel to get there. The only thing I didn't like is that you do not need a key card to get into the building/past the front desk where as in premier inn they require a key card to do so which offers a better sense of security meaning not just anybody can enter the hotel.

Apart from the location which was perfect. Nothing else was good. On arrival our bookings was not on the system. Dirty bathroom, no toilet paper. Bed was very uncomfortable as mattress went down in a "v" shape in the middle. Fire alarm went off during both nights of our stay, 00.45 and 01.30 Breakfast very poor. Hot drinks machine not working, no bread for toast or pastries for the continental. Had to get table cleared as staff were avoiding doing so. In all, not a good 2 nights stay.

We arrived at Friday (we came all the way from Belgium to visit the Warner Brothers studios and this hotel was really the best match for location). Sadly enough the first staff member we checked in with had maybe a bad day or something because he just gave our key card and our room number.. No further instructions where the elevator is, on what floor our room is, where breakfast and dinner is served,... So sadly enough we stranded a little in the dark on arrival.. After we got in our room it was still dirty and they hadn't cleaned it up yet. Luckily the other employee at the check in instantly helped us and gave us another room. My girlfriend even had the best steak she even ate in her whole life so compliments to the cheff! But also the rest of the staff members need to deserve a big applause for their kindness and heart warming welcome and love! Keep up the good job! Our hotel was also extremely clean so also for the cleaning service a big applause and a big thank you from me and my girlfriend!

Hotel was in a fantastic location. We went to the Warner brothers studio tour (Harry Potter) and this hotel is literally a 1 minute walk from the tour bus pick up / drop off. The only issue was we had paid for breakfast which finishes at 10am. We got there at 9.50am and was told it is too late.... Didn't even get a pastry :/. And no money back either. (We could have got earlier I agree but we wasn't told to get there earlier, just it closed at 10am) But other than that, great rooms, great location.

We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!
