Our cat was treated with care, she only needed her annual injection, but at no time was she in distress. We are very happy with Park Veterinary Centre.

Friendly compassionate staff, kept us well informed of options and treatments. Best vet practice we have ever used. Heartily recommend.

Our dog had torn ligaments in both legs and we were told that if we did not operate on both legs at separate times, it wouldn’t be fair to keep her alive. When I questioned how she would recover from an operation with one repaired cruciate ligament and another damaged, we were then told perhaps the vet would do both at the same time?? we never bothered to find out how she would recover from having two operations at the same time, because we were also told there was “no guarantee it would work” We found alternative treatment from another vet, and as we speak, I am walking our dog with no problem. obviously, you have to make your own mind up, but I would never go here again, I will never know whether or not the vet truly believed the treatment she was offering was the best course of action, or was emotional blackmail. However, I do know had we taken her advice our dog would’ve been put down. At the age of 4 1/2..

Took my cockatiel in for eye infection- was told the consult would be £80 ish over the phone. I was in with vet for 5 minutes then she left to attend another pet left us waiting about 10 mins - I was charged £125 which included eye drops that I was told are human drops and when I looked were not expensive online. I was told I needed to come back for follow up. I asked if follow up is included in cost and told no every visit is charged. On the second visit I was in with vet for literally 1 min - even the receptionist said wow that was quick! They charged me £95! The vet also said I needed one more visit and that it would be the last visit - feels like to squeeze another £95 if you know by then all should be fine and it’s last visit! I have cats and a bunny and none of my previous vets charge for follow up for the same issue. This is outrageous and feels like it’s all about money not care. My last avian vet only charged £60 and he did full check up - sadly he retired hence I had to come here. Absolutely not ok how they conduct the practice. I shall be looking for another more scrupulous vet practice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been bringing my pets to this clinic for years, and I honestly couldn’t ask for better care. The whole team is knowledgeable, compassionate and always goes the extra mile to make sure my animals feel safe and well looked after. They explain everything clearly, answer all my questions with patience and treat every pet as if they were their own. It’s such a comfort knowing that my pets are in such capable and caring hands. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Wonderful, caring people! Our parrot passed away and they were happy to see us immediately just after closing time to confirm he had passed. They also cut some feathers and put them in a small jar too, to remember him by. Really thankful to the folks here, very respectful, kind and caring, especially as we had the parrot for 20 years. They didn't charge us a penny, really really lovely people.

Great vets, very caring, very reasonable. I expected to pay hundreds for my cat having an infected paw, but the whole appointment plus meds for pain relief, antibiotics and antiseptic cleaning solution was just a touch over £100. They were very gentle and thorough with him and he is on the mend. Thank you!
