Laura then works methodically through the treatment plan whilst ensuring you are comfortable and keeping you informed throughout. She then clearly informs you of steps to take whilst at home. “I attended the Les Mills Launch last weekend. The energy and enthusiasm of the instructors Tara, Lidiya, Dan and the rest of the crew was amazing. so lucky to have such fantastic instructors and I look forward to continuing on my fitness path with them and trying out some of the new classes. The club has undergone a refurbishment recently and new equipment is being added. Great gym, terrific instructors and really helpful gym and reception staff”

“Came to get a pedicure in the morning, store was quiet and nice (wanted to avoid the business later on in the day), very friendly and warm staff. They made my feet look beautiful, which I didn’t think was possible. Nice atmosphere and clean too! I reccomend this nail salon out of all the ones on St Albans Road”

The clinic was super clean with beautiful candles and a very relaxing ambience.My skin feels much firmer, smoother and brighter than ever before followingthe facial. Leah cleansed, toned, exfoliated, used a relaxing mask and the red LED lamp which smoothed my skin. I felt super relaxed through and after the treatment and can't wait to return for regular facials!”

I was delighted when I found out that she had taken on her own place that was right by my work! Her salon is absolutely beautiful and super clean. “I have two dogs that are walked during the week with Dogs and Mogs and they get so excited when they hear the van approaching. Claudia and Julie are amazing and both of mine love them! They walk in different sized groups and as a result my little ones are well socialised and aren’t fearful of other dogs...just happy to be with the gang! Claudia and Julie are so lovely, they will always try and be flexible and are actually a secret vault of knowledge...especially to me as a new dog owner. What else an I say except happy dogs happy me.”
