I recently visited this salon for a haircut, and while the hairdresser did a great job, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The towels and hair washing area were not clean, with stained towels, and the apron used during the haircut didn't feel fresh or new. Specifically, I asked for face-framing bangs, taking into account my curly hair, and was assured it would be done accordingly. However, the cut was too short and didn't translate well to my curly hair, making it look nothing like what I had requested. I felt like it was a waste of money. The hairdresser's skills were good, but the lack of attention to detail and hygiene issues were disappointing.

I booked a full head colour with highlights, making clear I’d show inspiration on the day. At my first appointment, I was told they couldn’t do it as I was only booked for a full colour, and after being left waiting, was asked to return the next day for a different stylist. While the staff were polite, this was disorganised and knocked my confidence. At my second appointment, the stylist was kind but quiet and seemed unsure. I had asked for black colour, but received a medium brown instead, with the red highlights which she did not leave either on for long enough. She also put some of the brown dye over some of the missed bleach parts she didn’t do with the red, making some parts orange and everything has also faded after just two washes. For the cut, we agreed on 3 inches, but she took 6+ inches off, leaving my hair only shoulder-length, then insisted on adding layers I didn’t want. Overall, I spent £200 and 3 hours, but left disappointed with a result very far from my request. The staff were friendly which is what made it hard to express my disappointment but they did lack professionalism and organisation. Below I have attached photos of 1) the inspo pic 2) the result 3) the outcome after 2 washes within only 2 weeks.

I contemplated making this review for a while but honestly every time I look into the mirror I hate what I see. I got my hair done here a while ago and to say I’m disappointed would be a huge understatement. First of all, I’m convinced the hair dresser didn’t leave the bleach in for enough time as the top parts of my hair are literally orange whilst the lengths are more of a decent colour - the dye probably turned out decent on my lengths because I have previously bleached my hair. I guess this can be fixed with box dye but honestly that’s not even the worst part. I asked for a fringe with long framing pieces (and even showed a picture of what I wanted.) The hair dresser nodded and said she would be able to cut it the way I wanted. She then proceeded to chop off all the hairs on the side of my head (above my ears/by my temples) to an extremely short length - these hairs should not be part of the “fringe”. Now all my hair at the back is long and the front of my hair looks like a bob which isn’t what I wanted. She didn’t even bother to thin it down so it looks very blocky. On top of that, the so called “front framing pieces” aren’t even equal in length and there is no salvaging the way my hair was cut other than to let it grow out. To put it into perspective, I can’t tie my hair up without all the side bits falling out. Furthermore, I feel like she was rushing - she told me she had another hair appointment after mine and whilst washing my hair in the washing basin she even asked me what the time was. Moreover when she was drying my hair, the hair dryer attachment kept falling off every few seconds. Really wish there was something that I could comment positively on.

Wouldn't reccomend , I was struck in by promotional offer seen on Facebook Ad, for £99 hydrafacial offer. Pay £30 deposit and the remaining on the day , one was compliant and explained I just wanted the £99 offer I saw and the older one said " no no you have to pay £69 now and added £25 for a top up 2nd facial in 5 weeks which I was unaware of which was apparently part of the deal and another £100 on the day of the top up facial. Facial went okay, unpleasant damp smell on the towel or flannel . Next day 1 eye severely swollen and the other slightly, 2nd day both eyes severely swollen , and my face. Itchy all over my face and eyes watering. Called up salon top explain I think I'm having a allergic reaction to be told " no its not us it's hayfever and told no manager there to speak too". Told I must be allergic too ingredients and asked if I'd filled out a form, which I had and nothing I'm aware of in the facials serums I am allergic too to my knowledge, but clearly I must be and I'm not sure what. The phone call for reassurance felt very patronising and unprofessional and putting the blame on me. Didn't even advise any soothing treatments or something to calm the swelling and itchy. I wouldn't reccomend going and will not be returning for my 2nd treatment. Conning you , money making fake promotions!!!! Stay clear.

I went to originally get my shellac removed but decided to get the £40 removal and shellac reapplied. This was yesterday and the pictures attached was today - barring in mind one peeled off yesterday hour after getting them done! While I was there I refused to pay the full £40 as I was not happy that the lady doing my nails knew what she was doing. Thick layer of shellac went over my finger but she continued to put polish over it and was telling me it’s my natural nail! After telling her it’s not and to file it off she apologised and carried on. Kept wanting to give her a chance but wish I didn’t even bother now! I was promised a manicure with the shellac which wasn’t done she was not able to do anything without cutting my skin. From that point I didn’t have faith this was a professional. Bhavika the main lady assured me they won’t peel off when I refused to pay £40 for that. She walked away from me eventually and the receptionist had the nerve to tell me I should be considerate! I was sitting there for half an hour before being seen not productive staff whatsoever. Considerate is me paying for the one thing she done properly which was remove my original shellac which I did pay £10 for. I asked them would you really pay £40 for this and they all didn’t say anything just that I should pay for the time and tools - which clearly wasn’t used properly otherwise I’d happily pay £40. But next day and my nails are bare. Do not recommended this place for nails or even a little good customer service. Paying professional prices but no professionals doing the job. Super upset with my experience here. Update I was not booked in so I decided to do both on the day, I wasn’t peeling it off purposely I was showing you how easily it will peel off which you can clearly see they did from the videos I sent you on Facebook the same day getting them done, I had to glue it down so it doesn’t look stupid when I went out that same evening! Next day pictures are attached. No courtesy from your staff just excuses for poor work and extremely high prices

Great service from Bhavika, as always. Laser therapy has been the best investment so far, barely any hair after just one session! Eyebrows are always down to perfection

Lovely salon, clean and tidy, friendly staff and always looked after so well by Bhavika and Rupaul, wouldn’t trust any other salon now!

Bhavika looks after me well. She knows what I want. She is a lovely person and always very welcoming. I am a spontaneous visitor and they will always try to accommodate me that day when possible. I’ve had various services but I only want Bhavika because I love her doing it. We have built up that trust and I can relax in her care. She remembers how I like things and I don’t have to explain. I have had so many horror stories with my eye brows from other places and Bhavika gained my trust again to try out threading again. One of my eye brows is awkward and some people destroy my natural arch or they take away the two hairs that leave me with a line through my brow like jay-zee. So you can imagine how this upsets me. Bhavika listens and she will give me the perfect shape each time I don’t leave looking like a rapper. She didn’t need me to explain because she looked and could see exactly what I meant. I’ve had pedicures and massages also with her also. She’s definitely amazing at what she does. I did send my friend to her as well recently who also left happy and thanked me for the recommendation. I like to see one person for my needs. Sometimes I go through a few people before I find the one I like and I got lucky when I was finally able to go to a beauty place again and had to find a new person. They gave me Bhavika and I was instantly very happy with her. Other staff are really nice as well. Chatty and welcoming they know who I am when I call up or walk in. So I like this place. And I love visiting Bhavika and catching up with her. She always gives a good conversation. Thank you for looking after me Bhavika.

I had an amazing experience with this Salon. I just popped and checked if I can get my eyebrows done. The staff was super welcoming. Despite big queue of Eid Celebrations, they agreed to give the service. Meanwhile I was waiting, I got in touch with their hair expert and I asked about hair color and highlights. I was so impressed by her knowledge and confidence that I agreed to get my hair colored that fay itself. I can’t remember the name of the lady. Everyone in the Salon was so familiar with her. Seems like she is working with them sinxe ages. The other staff was very welcoming. Everyone gave super service and now I am planning to visit the Salon again
