   I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to your nail salon. This was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had. The service felt rushed from start to finish, with no attention to detail or care. As shown in the photos, these nails look completely unacceptable for a fresh salon set. You can clearly see something underneath the gel colour, and one nail was already chipped before I even left. That is how the service was finished. While the price (£25) is lower than what I usually pay, this was still a complete waste of time and money. I could have done a better job myself at home. Being busy before Christmas is not an excuse for poor workmanship. I also had to take out cash to pay, and although I seriously considered not returning to pay, I did so because that’s not who I am. That said, it is absolutely ridiculous that I was charged for nails in this condition. This level of service is unacceptable, and frankly, you should be embarrassed to treat customers this way. I am requesting a full refund.

   Nails were not painted properly, they were not fixed even after pointing them to the salon. I will never recommend them to anyone. Bad service. Never coming back here again. 13:27pm Hi owner, I mentioned to your staff that the mails are not done properly and showed him also, but he said it’s fine and he cannot fix it now. I cannot run back to Watford again and again due to your fault.

   I have been going to Queens for almost 2 years now. I cannot describe how good their service is! Theyre extremely friendly, delicate and can bring any art into life. I always come back, and every time i leave happier than before. One way to describe it: Spectacular!!

   I walked in for a simple BIAB extension and unfortunately left disappointed. From the start, I wasn’t asked what shape or style I preferred. When I requested the nails to be slightly thinner, I was dismissed with a, “I know how to do them” response. I usually don’t leave reviews because I believe in giving businesses a fair chance, but this experience was genuinely frustrating. I paid £40 for a set done in just 40 minutes, with no attention to detail and no cuticle oil or proper finish at the end — something I’d expect at this price point. I was heading to a wedding that day and didn’t even bother checking them before leaving because I already sensed they wouldn’t be right. Sadly, I was correct. The service felt rushed and impersonal. I won’t be returning.

   This salon saved me ! Kevin helped me so much, i went to another salon called perfect nails and they ruined my nails and did a bad job and im travelling tomorrow. So i came to queen nails and they helped me so much and reassured me. My nails were sore from the other salon and kevin kept asking if i was ok. He did such an amazing job i will never go to another salon. Queen nails watford and kevin is the best tech! They are all good to be honest but the customer service was amazing from Kevin especially. 5 star they gained a loyal customer. Pics while kevin is doing my new nails!

   I’ve been going here for years and the only place I trust to get my nails done. I have never walked out disappointed. I just wanted to give a special shout-out to Dustin who did my nails recently which I am loving so much. He knows what he’s doing and his work is impeccable. Some of the best nails I’ve had so far and the attention and detail is great! Can’t wait to come back to Dustin and the salon in general. They’re all very talented. Worth every penny!!!    Kevin has been doing my nails for a few months now.. every time my nails have been amazing ! So friendly and does the best job. I highly recommended the salon and Kevin. He’s the best! Couldn’t recommend anymore ☺️
