   I’ve been coming to BodyShape in Hampton for the last eight years, and it has always been an absolute pleasure. The salon is beautifully designed, very welcoming, and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I’m always offered a coffee on arrival, and the service is consistently excellent. I’ve had regular manicures and pedicures with Ina, and the quality is always outstanding — professional, meticulous, and done to a very high standard. The whole experience is pleasant from start to finish. Highly recommend!

   Terrible service to paying clients and incredibly rude. The woman that runs the place refused to give me the treatment I paid for when I said I was displeased with her customer service and I that I will write a review about it. She then threatened me saying she will not give me any treatments or funds. What a poor way to treat new customers! When businesses stop caring about customer satisfaction something has gone really wrong…

   Ina gets a 10/10 every time! Friendly, welcoming and professional service for over 2 and a half years now. I can relax as soon as I get to the salon and always leave very happy with my Shellac gel manicure. My nails used to be so weak and brittle but now they grow very long on their own and are so much stronger! Great range of colours and a really great nail treatment before the manicure itself. Thank you Ina, you are worth every penny!

   I have been going to Ina for my shellac manicures since summer 2019 after having been referred by my sister and have not looked back since, nor would I ever go elsewhere. I cannot recommend Bodyshape enough. Before this I wasn't a fan of shellac and felt it just didn't agree with my nails because it wouldn't last. That was before Ina worked her magic. My nails last up to 6 weeks without fail and there is no doubt this is down to her patient and attentive work. She is fantastic and extremely thorough with such attention to detail, she is very highly skilled. Ina offers a wide range of colours and is always ready with some friendly advice and suggestions! She really does go above and beyond; her service is second to none.
