   We take our Cavapoo puppy Ronnie here for his grooms with Joanna. We moved with her from the borehamwood site as Ronnie loves seeing her and always has the best groom. She’s always helpful with advice on what the best shampoo / brush is for his coat and has been so helpful. Can’t fault her x

   I purchased an aquarium pump that had no accessories in the box. I returned it but had no receipt. Harmonie (hope I spelt correctly) went through purchase receipts manually and found proof of purchase and replaced the product. Staff are always happy, helpful polite and professional. And the store always has what I need for my aquariums.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Shahan at Pets at Home Watford! I want to take a moment to recognise Shahan at the Watford Pets at Home store for his incredible customer service. He took the time to check thoroughly for my kitten’s specific food, even going into the stockroom to double check availability, and when it wasn’t in stock, he kindly recommended alternative options that would suit my kitten’s needs. Then, on another visit, he remembered and checked again and this time, the food was in! Thanks to his effort, I was finally able to buy it. Every time I visit, he goes above and beyond to help and today was no exception. What really stands out is that this isn’t the first time he’s gone out of his way to help me. Every single visit, Shahan has been consistently kind, patient, and genuinely caring, making the shopping experience feel so personal. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes pride in helping customers, and he absolutely does. Thank you, Shahan, for always providing such a warm and helpful experience, you’re a real credit to the Watford team!

   I’d give 0 stars if I could. The grooming service is a rip-off. I booked using a 50% off puppy grooming voucher, told them in advance, but on arrival Sha measured my dog and claimed he was too big, so I had to pay £69 with no voucher. I went ahead anyway to try them out. I clearly asked for just a light trim, but she shaved off most of his lovely fur, leaving an oversized head that didn’t blend with the body and even one leg completely shaved. It was a rushed, unprofessional job not worth even £20. When dropping him off, she’d asked why we booked with them, implying our usual groomer was better. After the terrible cut, she even said we should probably stick with our current groomer—astonishing! We didn’t complain then as we were shocked and in a rush, but my husband and son had to spend over an hour fixing the mess. Attached photos. Before and After. Awful service, huge disappointment. Never going back.

   The whole shop and nearly every one is well organised. I just had one off situation where I asked team member for help, I always buy food from them , that day wasn’t there, I asked if maybe they have some in the back , straight a way his answer was No , I can buy different one perhaps? Well my dog got IBS … when I was about to leave I saw it big stack of Cesar sitting on different aisle !!! Honestly the member could do little bit of effort to look around …. Big 4 stars ❤️❤️

   Constantly here for toys and food for my little lan sharks and bearded dragon. The parking is a bit of a nightmare and theres usually quite a long qué but the staff are amazing and you can tell they have a real passion for animals

   Bought two bonded male rabbits. The staff were amazing from their knowledge, to making sure your equipped, with everything needed. I have called a couple of times, everytime met with kindness and understanding. Even the vets, inside the store are amazing recommend highly.
