This is my second review. I wanted to say just how amazing the staff are again ! Especially Emma. We had to change our dog’s harness for medical reasons. The staff were all trying to help with different suggestions to meet his needs. They always go above & I really trust their advice!
Excellent service always received at this amazing pet shop. Today’s task was to find a new lead and harness and after much trying on we settled on some great new kit. Many thanks. We will be back!
I cannot rate Pets’ Corner highly enough! We have been here multiple times and asked for advice for our dog who has sensitive skin and a sensitive stomach. Since we have changed her food over the years, after listening to the staff at Pets’ Corner, our dog’s health has improved enormously. Her coat is glossy and has stopped itching, her stomach is calm, she has her energy back and she isn’t bloated. I cannot thank the staff enough, they are very knowledgeable and approachable and the vets just gave us medications and not much advice! The variety of foods and treats is also extensive and the toys are definitely our dog’s favourite and everything they stock is very high quality and long lasting. Thank you :)
The staff at this store were very helpful and appeared very knowledgable about the products. I was looking for advice on cat food and the product knowledge of the staff member who served me was excellent. The fact that they offer a money back guarantee if the cat won’t eat the food is amazing, Our cat loves his new toy that we purchased whilst there.

Great selection for cats & dogs. Just wished they didn’t sell rawhide or mueseli style foods for rabbits & guineas! Staff were really helpful.
My wife and I went to Pets Corner this afternoon to purchase dog food for our one year old Rottweiler. We didn’t know what to get to replace the food we currently give him so we spoke to a member of staff, Jo, who was fantastic. Very knowledgable and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Very professional and customer service from her was excellent. We were very pleased with what we purchased. Highly recommend this store.
I am smitten with this wonderful Pet Store and so are my dogs! We have been going to Pets Corner since Christmas 2021. We now visit monthly for grooms (also an amazing team - thanks Mary, Abbie, Jade and Ellie) and at the same time, I stock up with food and treats. I love the range of food and treats; the quality and freshness. The team of staff are outstanding. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed with warm, friendly smiles. Everyone is so helpful. They will talk you through products and share their expertise. We travel from Harrow. I now wouldn’t go anywhere else! Just want to day a big thanks for your help with the Smooth Fox Terrier puppy on Saturday. He was not enjoying the journey in the back of the car. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and helped me with harness and seat belt attachment. The rest of the journey (2 hours) peaceful.
