“This Pets at Home branch is very organised and professional. There was a warm greeting upon entry to the store from Bart and then a lovely young lady supported me with information about hamsters. Not only did she confidently know all the genders, she even knew the Individual temperaments of each hamster. This is a different experience to the other pets at home branches I had been to.”

“I had a very pleasant experience. My husband and I were welcomed warmly when we arrived. The ladies at the front were so friendly. I watched them interact with other pets, in the same warm way. The vet was super nice and explained everything to me. I've had vets in the past that gave off a 'I am only doing this for money,' vibe. And I didn't get that here. I feel like my animals are in the best hands. Happy to be a customer.”

“The most welcoming people. Wonderful generous value for money, smart décor and a wide choice of dishes. Only came in for a classic all day breakfast. This is SET 3 of a choice of six! I asked for the beans (worth little) to be replaced by mushrooms (pricey) and they didn't charge me any extra! The coffee was frothy and potent, and adding two more bits of hot proper buttered toast was just a quid more! So £7.95 and a real treat. From steak to seafood and sandwiches, omelettes and wicked fruity pie deserts! Parking is mostly easy on this brilliant little parade and I will be baaaack!!”

“Bought in my 3 1/2 month old Bichon Frise, Poppy in for her first puppy groom. I cannot thank the staff enough, they did a fantastic job and really made Poppy’s tail wag.”

“I called this morning to get help with a water leak and cannot praise the service I received enough... The plumber was with me by 12pm and within less than 2 hours he found the leak, replaced the pipework, thus repairing the leak and left the place as he found it - you wouldn't even know he'd been here..!! Lovely helpful plumber, great service and a very happy (and dry) tenant. Thank you!!”

“Had booked a flu jab for my mum on NHS app but there was no stock of the vaccine when we arrived. They had a delivery and called us to come back in and had it done within 2 hours of the original appointment. Binal was fabulous with my mum who gets nervous with injections and put her completely at ease and made it much less of an ordeal for her. Thank you!”

“An amazing service to have on our doorstep. So lucky to have such a knowledgeable exotic vet so local. We are incredibly greatful for the quick availability during an emergency. Max was extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring. He was gentle yet confident when handling our baby bearded dragon; provided great care and gave us all the instructions needed to administer home care. My son felt listened to and supported at every moment. He said that Max was so kind and gentle that he wants to make sure we leave a good review with 5 stars.
