“I had a very pleasant experience. My husband and I were welcomed warmly when we arrived. The ladies at the front were so friendly. I watched them interact with other pets, in the same warm way. The vet was super nice and explained everything to me. I've had vets in the past that gave off a 'I am only doing this for money,' vibe. And I didn't get that here. I feel like my animals are in the best hands. Happy to be a customer.”

They had a delivery and called us to come back in and had it done within 2 hours of the original appointment. “This Pets at Home branch is very organised and professional. There was a warm greeting upon entry to the store from Bart and then a lovely young lady supported me with information about hamsters. Not only did she confidently know all the genders, she even knew the Individual temperaments of each hamster. This is a different experience to the other pets at home branches I had been to.”
