“I had a very pleasant experience. My husband and I were welcomed warmly when we arrived. The ladies at the front were so friendly. I watched them interact with other pets, in the same warm way. The vet was super nice and explained everything to me. I've had vets in the past that gave off a 'I am only doing this for money,' vibe. And I didn't get that here. I feel like my animals are in the best hands. Happy to be a customer.”

Max was extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring. He was gentle yet confident when handling our baby bearded dragon; provided great care and gave us all the instructions needed to administer home care. My son felt listened to and supported at every moment. He said that Max was so kind and gentle that he wants to make sure we leave a good review with 5 stars.
