   We visited Kishan at Medivet in Bushey and have to say how impressed we were with the whole experience. Kishan greeted us warmly and forged a lovely bond with our cat, Jenga, and our daughter who wanted to see what happens at a vets. Kishan calmly explained everything that he was going to check and made the whole visit very comfortable. We usually use another vet service in North Harrow, but think we will switch to these guys even though it’s a little further out from us. Thanks to Kishan and the team!

   So pleased that Reena and Kishan have taken over Medivet Bushey Heath. Always had great service at Barnfield but the last year was difficult when Bushey was closed and had to go to North Harrow. Reena, Kishan and their team at Bushey and Pinner have provided an excellent service. Very friendly, caring and professional.

   Excellent service from all the staff in both Pinner and Bushey Heath. Our Vet Natalie was so professional kind and friendly and gave us service beyond compare for our little Luca ( Ihasa Aopso ) puppy. We are so glad we found Metrovet and can't recommend them highly enough. Absolutely everyone from reception in both clinics to the vets offer outstanding service.    I would never ever trust anyone else other than Reena and Kishan and their team these guys have so much passion and commitment it's incredible! There is no adding on things to push the bill up ( so much of this with other surgeries I have used in the past ! A truly genuine,honest and committed team ! Each and every member goes above and beyond and I would never trust my baby bichons with anybody else other than Reena and Kishan and their amazing team ! Just the best !

   Not worth 1 star Cowboy practice only here to make money, gave me different pricing each time I call, and when questioned the random pricing they had no straight answer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I will be reporting to governing body/ Trading Standards. How can anybody trust you with their beloved pets when you cannot trusted.

   Reliable vets but sometimes trying to add 'extras' into the bills that I wouldn't want for our dog (extra tablets and suggesting professional teeth cleaning for a 2 year old dog etc)

   I am very satisfied with the first class service offered by both branches of Barnfield House Veterinary Clinic. I have been taking my cats there since 1994. and travel 8 miles to do so. The vets are caring, efficient and treat pets with respect. Their fees are very reasonable and a wealth of information regarding pet care is provided. They are also very realistic with regard to the outcome of treatments and do NOT put fees above the interest of the animals. The fact that I have been travelling this distance, passing many vets on the way, since 1994 demonstrates that I trust the vets implicitly and have no hesitation in recommending them. Dr John Harris

   Wonderful vet. My cat had never been out and needed to be vaccinated. Very gentle, understanding and not rushed. Cat was very relaxed in his handling of her. First class service.
