We had a nice stay. Six adults with varying mobility issues. No issues with wheelchair access. Parking is limited especially for large mpv's. Very good room service and restaurant. Good selection of food for everyone's taste. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel pricing was not to bad especially for the festive seasonal time of year. Recommended.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Canary Wharf for my partner’s birthday and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, with stunning views across the Thames towards the O2 Arena — especially from the restaurant at breakfast, which offered an excellent buffet selection with plenty of choice and fresh options. Parking was convenient at £30 for 24 hours, and the free Tesla destination chargers were a real bonus and one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. The overall atmosphere was modern, comfortable, and perfect for a special occasion. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish stay in a great riverside setting.

Nice looking hotel and the room was nice and clean. The entire hotel was very quiet and the reception was fancy. Really awkward location for a hotel though, it's hidden amongst all these other apartment buildings. There was a bed bug monitoring trap by the mattress so that does not bode well. I assume they use it to make sure there is no infestation and so they can catch it early if there is -- there was an inspection sticker on the back of it so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt!

I can't give this hotel a 5 star rating unfortunately. The main reason being is that this stay was a very special occasion for my wife's birthday and absolutely NONE of the staff acknowledged that. I have never had that before. I have stayed in different hotels around for the same occasion and they have even gotten in touch with me to offer extra services to surprise my wife. I was looking forward to that but I did not get it, sorry... That is a real deal breaker for a 5 star review. However, the room allocation and the view was spectacular. I recommend Premium Rooms with River View as they have a view to the river even from the bathroom, which is what I was looking for. Breakfast was really good, the host was professional and friendly as he should be, so thumbs up for that. Waiters also, polite and respectful. Would I come back? Yes.

Upon arrival, the outside is a building site with no clear instructions for parking as this was very limited initially. When checking in after 19.00 my room wasn't ready and another one was to be allocated. The room was fine and spacious. For the first evening meal, I waited for almost 10 minutes to be seated! The following morning g was worse as it again took a little time to be seated but then they never asked if I wanted a hot drink and had no explanation of the breakfast procedure. I helped myself to the buffet in the end and had to flag someone down to request a pot of tea. It arrived as I was finishing my food. The scenario regarding drinks in the morning was a regular occurrence. This morning I reminded them that I had ordered this when being seated. They were very quick to bring a pot of tea through after the gentle reminder but it was cold. After each time you leave the hotel the key card doesn't work and you need to get this sorted. They admit that this is a problem and they are looking to resolve this. Perhaps with all these flaws in your business, you might want to review your rates that reflect the service offered.

Best Hotel I've stayed in! All staff were very helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded to a suit also! Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel is clean with beautiful decor. I had the best time and will return in the future. The food I had ordered via room service arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious, hot and fresh! I had a wonderful time at this hotel and highly recommended it.

Excellent services, all the staff were friendly,welcoming, quick to respond to queries and guide you appropriately. They were always smiling showing they were ready and happy to serve us. Great food. The room was spacious, clean and had facilities that i needed including iron kettle...I loved the the hotel decor and the building. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm.
