We had a great time at the Novotel Waterloo. The rooms, and every part of the service were very good. The food was delicious, the staff (e.g. Lili and Mihai) very nice and helpful. The hotel has a great place for children to play. We felt very welcome from the beginning.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel London Waterloo. The location is convenient, the hotel is well maintained, and the overall experience was comfortable and smooth. I would like to give special thanks to Supen for kindly upgrading our room. The upgrade made our stay even more enjoyable and showed a high level of hospitality and care toward guests. Another sincere thank you to Erida for the welcome drink. The Santa Spritz was delicious, especially impressive as it was her first time making it. A very warm and thoughtful touch that made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, great service, friendly staff, and a hotel I would happily return to and recommend.

A Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Service Our stay at the Novotel London Waterloo for 5 days was absolutely fantastic. The location is simply perfect, making it an ideal base to explore the city with major attractions just a short walk away. The hotel itself is incredibly comfortable, and the entire process, from check-in to check-out, was seamless and easy. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the incredible staff. I'd like to give a special mention to Erida in the restaurant for her attentive and friendly service. Above all, I must commend Mihai. He was the perfect host throughout our entire stay. He took the time to explain how the restaurant worked and his recommendations were always spot-on, which made our dining experiences truly special. His professionalism and genuine hospitality are a true asset to the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely be back!

I stayed here for 4 nights while in London in October 2025. The location was excellent, main attractions were walking distance which I loved, there's also a small shop called the embankment shop which is +-400m away which is very affordable and they sell almost everything you could need for everyday things like water, Yoghurts, teas, food, noodles etc.. The hotel has a gym which is quite most of the time, the weights are very light but enough for functionality and also has a nice large sauna. I skipped the breakfast because there is no value for money, I was there for 5 days with 2 other people and I took 1 day worth of breakfast money for the 3 of us and went down to Tesco and bought breakfast and other snacks for the whole time I was there. Almost all the staff members were friendly and entertained conversations and gave advice when asked about places to avoid etc which was really nice and appreciated.. The bartender and cleaner too was very helpful and friendly. This is a 5 star from me overall, if I had one thing that the hotel could improve, it would be the early check in time options. I arrived a few hours early and I was told I would have to wait till check in time or an hour before because there were no rooms available.. I had an exhausted 8 year old and an exhausted wife who just flew 3 flights all totalling 15 hours over night + wait times at airports and traveled an extra hour to get to the hotel and didn't know what to do.. I panicked for 5 minutes and desperately asked the reception if I could pay any fee, then only she advised me of an early check in fee which I gladly paid and got to my room which was ready. I really really appreciate having the opportunity to pay for early check in (if I didn't have this opportunity I don't know what I would've done, thank you so much for this), but I would've been less panicked if I was told this was an option when I arrived as opposed to being told there are no available rooms and then panic thinking for 5 minutes and thereafter be told I could pay an early check in fee. It would be nice to just tell guests this upfront next time. Overall excellent value for money, excellent location, excellent facilities, excellent staff.. Will happily be back as a guest, I miss the place already and I can't imagine staying at any other hotel while in London now that I have been to this one.

I went here with two friends and stayed in a room together, there was a double bed and sofa bed. The bathroom was open plan which was weird, the shower had brown glass which you could see through which was also very weird. The sofa bed wasn't set up and they didn't give us towels or bedding for all of us. It was £120 for one night which didn't include breakfast I would not recommend staying here. The location was good that's all that I can say I thought was good about it.

Sauna is great, restaurant and staff are good. Our executive room had an amazing bathroom but i was surprised that they spent so much refurbishing it while leaving the main part of the room with completely run down furniture? Location is fun, we might book again depending on prices!

I’ve Been staying here for a day so far and I haven’t had breakfast yet but the hotel is pretty good so far. I find the prices in the bar and restaurant quite high but that’s because I’m from Somerset so the prices are cheaper. The service is very good and the staff (so far) are very kind and helpful. The actual room is quite good too. It’s just a bit hot and the air conditioning in my room doesn’t seem to be doing much. I would recommend

We had an amazing stay at this hotel which is close proximity to Westminster walking distance to Oxford Street & Picadilly Circus. I must mention the staff and the service made our stay exceptional. They are always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast spread was elaborate thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were very friendly and always on their toes.A big thank you to Claudia & Eldi at the restaurant who was very welcoming. We will certainly stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is close to restaurants, city center and the tube system. The hotel lobby was clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean and a good size. We were given a card for a free drink for each person in each room. We did eat at their bar and the food was good. This hotel did have air conditioning which was nice. I would stay here again.
