I had such a lovely experience at the Stratford Hotel, and I especially want to mention Jason for his outstanding customer service. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — the kind of person who makes you feel truly welcome rather than just “checked in.” Jason went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right, and his positive energy really added to the whole experience. It made my visit feel relaxed, cared for, and memorable. Thank you, Jason, for your professionalism, generosity, and beautiful service — it didn’t go unnoticed.

The breakfast service is an absolute disgrace. Nobody approached me — they only asked for my room number once. Half an hour went by, and still no one came so I could place my order. Most guests have to head to the airport the next day, and now I can’t wait any longer — I have to leave without having eaten breakfast. Thank you to the hotel for this excellent service. The rooms were fine — clean and comfortable, nothing to complain about there. But as for the location, if you’re visiting London, I’d choose a different hotel, especially when you consider the price-to-value ratio.

The hotel is located in a residential-commercial area in the outskirts of central London. It seemed like a very safe and international area. We had a very comfortable stay - we booked an Executive King Guest room for 3 nights. The room was great: spacious, comfortable bed, good lighting, enough comfy chairs for a couple, very nice smelling soaps and lotion, daily service was great. Our favorite part was the perfect meals at the lounge caffe where we had daily breakfast and a lunch. The chef and staff are to be commended! The hotel staff are warm professionals. Location was also perfect for our needs: centrally located with the bus station for the Stansted airport close by, shops, restaurants, groceries, the DLR just steps away, and the Stratford underground a very short walk, making central London just a half hour (or less) ride.

Everything about my stay was positive. From the initial professionalism and attentiveness of the staff on reception creating an excellent first impression. The styling of the hotel is impressive. The rooms were superb, clean, well appointed and all expectations covered. The bathroom was spacious, with a large shower, separate bath and plenty of space for toiletries, including the complimentary things. The bed was comfortable. The room was well maintained, warm and inviting creating a relaxing space. I think the food offering was very good. Breakfast included freshly cooked menu items and a selection of buffet items. Dinner offering was also high quality, from the pizza area outside to the menu prepared in the open kitchen. However the standout was the staff, obviously trained to a high standard, they were friendly, there when needed without being overbearing. We also used the gym facilities, which were clean, well maintained and useful. We were surprised by how easy it was to get to and from other parts of London. I would highly recommend this hotel and I hope to return soon.

Perfect location. The staff made my birthday feel so so special. Upgraded the room free of charge and even left the cutest dessert for me and my partner to enjoy followed by a handwritten note. The staff are all happy to help. The hotel isn’t too loud and is quite quiet until the evening when everyone heads down to eat at the E20 Kitchen. The only issue we had was that our TV in the room wasn’t working but other than that the stay was amazing thank you so much. We will be back :)

Service amazing! Staff are fantastic and attentive. Room was gorgeous HUGE! Really comfortable bed. Shower a big let down no pressure and dribbles out the rain fall style shower head. Not what you expect when paying £200 a night shame as everything else was 5 star but this is a basic with any hotel

We went to see the ABBA show and stayed here. Right next to Stratford International station and so very handy. Lively modern hotel, with a good size room. Staff were friendly and polite, and the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and quality linens. The room was dark and quiet and so we slept very well. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection available.

It was a lovely lovely stay. The hotel is just so beautiful. Starting from the atmosphere and very elegant furniture. Very kind, welcoming and warm stuff. Rooms were very neat and clean and we are the home Like feeling. I will definitely come again.

This was my second stay at this hotel so far this year. My first experience was fab and my second was just as good! The staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very clear with lovely bathrooms and the most comfy beds! I’m desperate to find out where the pillows are from because they are the best ever! Returning home to mine was very disappointing! This time we (we booked 3 rooms) also had breakfast which was buffet style but great quality food and plenty of it. We have also used the rooms available for training and these are great too. The tech is fantastic and coffee/food service throughout the day is amazing! I’m hoping to book our rooms here again when I attend some training in November.
