Me and my partner had a lovely stay we will definitely be coming back, staff were so polite, friendly and helpful!!. The spa was a lovely touch and the breakfast was really nice with good selection I should have stayed for longer!!. Only thing I would add is smart tv with YouTube or Netflix on it but not the end of the world haha.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing, with great lighting and heated floors. We did not eat in the restaurant, Marlowes, but looked at the menu and wasn't all that impressed and it was pricey.

Stayed in a room here for my boyfriend’s birthday (14-15th november) and paid for standard birthday package. Room was nicely decorated! A cake and bottle of wine was also a very nice touch for this! Upon arrival we had a very nice lady check in our bags since we were a bit early and me and my boyfriend went and explored london. After this, came back to hotel to get our key and bags and another woman who greeted us on arrive felt a bit judgemental (baring in mind we had been walking around in the rain for the last 3 hours so we didn’t look the best), she wasn’t entirely rude, the atmosphere just felt a bit off. however this is the only occasion we felt like this, and the next day the same lady checked us out and the attitude seemed a bit better. Rooms are stunning, i read a few reviews beforehand about not much natural light in the room, which is fair to say. however this did not bother us at all, we were especially surprised by the underfloor heating in the bathroom! Lovely filtered water complimentary to the room which we found a nice touch since we’re not fond about drinking tap water. Beds are super comfy and the overhead shower was very relaxing with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash all provided. I will say for the ladies that this hotel in my experience does NOT own any sanitary pads/tampons. When I asked for some of these, they bought me up a laundry bag. This was my mistake forgetting my own, however i would have thought a hotel like this would provide these when needed. I will say that the hotel reception were lovely once I called them back up and explained the confusion and since it was so late they went out and bought some so i was comfortable! This was a lovely act of service which I have never experienced in a hotel before! To prevent this from happening again I would maybe suggest having spares in housekeeping or behind the desk. The spa was lovely, very nice hot tub and the pool we found wasn’t entirely too cold with an experience room next door which we never tried, however we heard good things about this. Very welcoming lady on arrival to spa, they do provide towels for free too! The area around there isn’t too much to do, however the tube station is a 4 minute walk away and doesn’t take too long to get towards central london. Staff (other than first encounter) were more than helpful and made our experience worth it. Our room included the breakfast package which in the morning we had upstairs in the restaurant. You get to pick one item from the menu and then free range to the buffet. Our only comment on this was our beans were cold and they forgot to bring my boyfriend’s meal from the selected menu! We did not mention this since we were both rather full from the buffet, but also something to keep in mind. However the rest of the food was lovely!! Also to note during our stay the lifts kept having to be reset because our keycards would not work and they would lock and not be able to access the guest rooms (this was not just us, we had multiple encounters with people having the same issue) in the end we had to keep trying every lift to find one that would work to get us back up to our room which wasn’t ideal. Overall our stay was good and would definitely come back provided the few disappointing encounters we had were addressed and sorted!

i had booked a room for my boyfriends birthday and requested birthday decor in our room as a suprise. id like to personally thank domiziana loiacono and her team- including her assistant natali and the two girls who helped decorate our room, gabby and chloe- all of who we had the pleasure of meeting- for helping us and attending to all the specific needs i had requested despite how picky i was about everything despite us only staying for a night. the level of detail that was put into our room and the quality of service we received was amazing. the room in itself was amazing- decorations aside. the view was incredible and the bed was comfortable. it was really clean and there were no disturbances so we really enjoyed our stay. we really enjoyed the cake- thank you to the kitchen for being able to accommodate to my request, it was one of the best cakes we’ve had. once again, we’d like to thank everyone for the effort and care that they put into our stay. we can’t recommend this hotel enough.

I had such a great time staying at this hotel during my trip to London. Everything was smooth from start to finish — the check-in was easy, the staff were super friendly, and the room was spotless and really comfortable. You can tell the team here actually cares about the guests. A big shoutout to Siddharth and Dhruv, the night manager and night auditor. Even though I didn’t check in at night, I had the chance to meet them and they were honestly incredible — so welcoming, helpful, and just genuine people. Their hospitality really stood out and made the stay feel special. Also, Waseem from the restaurant was amazing! Super friendly, always had a smile on his face, and made every meal feel like a treat. The food was great and the service was top-tier. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great staff, comfy rooms, and a really good vibe all around. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in London!

Obviously this area is great for proximity to all sorts of London attractions and restaurants. The hotel is well designed and boasts a swimming pool and a decent gym also. There is a spa with many treatments available, but definitely book well in advance. I tried to book a slot for a massage a couple of days in advance and they only had one slot left at a time I could not manage. The rooms are comfortable, warm and well equiped and we were very happy with the bath tub and heated bathroom floor. During our stay we frequented the sauna and pool area to read and chill, essential after trudging around London in the rain. Buffet breakfast was not fabulous to be honest, I have had better in much lower class hotels in regards to variation and overall taste. Overall we had a very comfortable and fun stay. You can see the little signs of use overtaking maintenance coming through here and there like the flooring tiles coming up in the dining hall and a blind spot on the TV to chose two small examples, little things that make you think about the price per night here which is not hugely competitive at this level and considering the neighboring hotels. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London for it's location, style and spa facilities.

Fantastic hotel. Great reception experience - the front of house staff are great. I stayed up on the top floor and the view was great. It was very quiet, comfy pillows, tasty food and quick room service. Considering the view, it wasn't even that expensive to stay over so I'd definitely come back if I'm working in this area again.

A really lovely hotel. It is pricey but it's worth every penny. Staff are very friendly and obliging. Nothing ever seemed a problem. The rooms were gorgeous with lovely comfortable beds and really designed well. The bathrooms are fantastic. Location is great and really central. We will definitely be back. 11/10

I had a great stay in Montcalm East during a business trip for a week. The hotel has quite a unique touch and at the price point the amenities can't be beat. The rooms are well planned, reasonably sized and the bathrooms are well appointed including the heated flooring. The hot/ cold breakfasts are so much better than the traditional American breakfast that is seen in the hotel chains. Location wise, this place is quite central to all the tourist spots that someone may want to hit.

Excellent hotel. Family of four, two adults and two kids under 10 in the junior suite, their largest. The room was decently spacious and had a pretty good pullout couch. The hotel is very new and has a modern style. There is a spa and a very nice pool and hot tub but a warning about the pool, it’s not suitable for kids under 8 as there is no shallow end and it’s 1.4m deep. The building is very nice looking, there is a nice bar on the ground floor and a restaurant on the 1st which is decent. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond my asks. Would stay again.
