“This was a post decorator clean so there was a lot to do. Absolutely fabulous job, with real attention to detail. I'm very particular about cleanliness, and the cleaners left my flat beautifully, indeed beatifically clean. They were also careful with my things so nothing was damaged and everything was exactly as it should be. Communication with the office was easy and pleasant. Five star service at a very reasonable price.”

“Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner”

The spa was a lovely touch and the breakfast was really nice with good selection I should have stayed for longer!!. Only thing I would add is smart tv with YouTube or Netflix on it but not the end of the world haha.”

“The hotel is located near a station and in the middle of a large outdoor mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very friendly service. Hassan was so helpful and hospitable when we arrived and when we had questions. Ana was so kind and went above and beyond while assisting us during breakfast helping me with a gluten free option. The breakfast was a much larger spread then I expected. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant in the hotel. I ordered the green curry (gf) and my husband the fish and chips. We were both pleased with our meals. We would definitely return to this Hyatt house. Great stay.”

“These guys were amazing from the showroom to delivery. Personalised, understanding, attentive, respectful, kind, helpful. Went above and beyond in the showroom- putting the mattress we wanted to test on the style of bed frame we have at home to simulate the firmness. We missed a special offer for a free mattress protector and duvet but they called us to say they had managed to get us the items anyway. Then on delivery- realizing I had 3 broken slats on the bed, they helped me cut down some spares to fit. Absolutely amazing faultless service. I would highly recommend Bensons.”

“Our stay here was great. From the time we entered the hotel, we were greeted promptly by Mabel at the front desk. We arrived early so we were requested to wait while they arranged for a room. Considering the hotel was busy, the staff were on point. Later on, Samrat, the Manager on duty introduced himself to us and welcomed us. We stayed here for a week and all staff were warm and professional. The housekeeping was spot on as well. Amenities replenished and rooms taken care of. Samrat checked in with us in between our stay as well if we were comfortable, we mentioned a small issue in the bathroom on our way out and it was fixed upon our return. The F&B team was awesome. Each morning we enjoyed the breakfast, although the selection is the same each day (could use a bit of change) . Vicky, Hasan and Ashish regularly checked in with us and the kids on special requests. They even remembered our orders and checked if wanted the same the following day. This was very special considering the restaurant was always busy during breakfast. The gym was small, and equipment could get an overhaul, perhaps a regular check in by staff would be good. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this hotel especially for it's friendly and professional staff.”

“It is customary to post, post departure but I must give credit to all staff and venue. The amenities are good and staff well attentive. The Xmas theme and little treats are more than welcoming and a pleasant surprise. The service and food are amazing. This was a great idea and thank you to the entire team. “I stayed in a room Simply Winch sorted for close to Canary wharf. They wore most flexible when it came to viewings, quick to act and understood as well as acted on my need for a quick move in date. The room was in great condition and the other tenants were well picked, people I now regard as friends. I had one issue where blinds was supposed to be installed by the landlord, but was delayed by several weeks. I complained and Simply winch, even though not their responsibility, waived their check-out fee as a means of compensationto me. Super professional and I warmly recommend them!”

“The ladies on reception are incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Mika (think that is her name!). Location excellent with the Underground Station next door and several bus routes stop outside. Have stayed here several times and just sorry that it is to close down in June 2026”

“Hotel is in great location, easy to access via public transport. Room was spacious and surprisingly quiet even the room faced busy roads. Every member of staff was kind and accomodating from check in. Breakfast had plenty of options, from cooked meals to cereals. Plus point that they serve coctails as well. It was a great stay. “We stay at a lot of Premier Inn’s when going on mini-breaks with the kids and this is probably the favourite one we’ve stayed in. Excellent location, close to Warner Bros / Harry Potter tour. Room (Quad / Family) was clean and spacious. Great air conditioning too. Breakfast (cooked by Frank) was delicious and well presented (Eggs were cooked to order). All of the staff (especially Marie/Maria) were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend.”

“This is a grand hotel. Impeccable service. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms are very quiet. Bed are grand and rooms adequate. Location is fabulous, as it sits across from Hyde Park. Two tube stops nearby, only a few steps from the hotel entrance. Restaurants within two blocks provide varied menus, which is good since restaurant at the hotel has a limited menu and subpar service. Highly recommended overall.”

“Perfect overnight stay, always delightful and attentive staff, check in always impeccable, the lounge a delight and breakfast service, spot on, again, staff are brilliant. Huge comfortable beds, gorgeous bed linen and the most sumptuous fluffy towels, immaculate bathrooms, I always feel I should clean the wash hand basin after brushing my teeth, and you can’t hear the aircraft even though they skim the roof. Highly recommended”

“After staying at dozens of Holiday Inns in the USA this came as an amazing surprise as the level of service and standards was far far higher than expected. The rooms, although somewhat cozy felt brand new and the bed and pillows were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and extensive and the only thing that detracted from the experience was the fact that there were rampaging, yelling and screaming children running roughshot all throughout the dining and buffet area. Would definitely stay here again, but will bring earplugs now down to the restaurant.”
