    My mum and I came to celebrate my cousin’s 21st birthday, and the stay was lovely! The room was beautiful and the staff were great! However, the service we received in the bar by Carlos and Kulaja was the highlight for us. Incredibly friendly, made our night even better, with amazing service, some good laughs and catering to our needs! 10/10 from us to them, thank you both!

    As regular guests at this hotel, my mother and I are always made to feel like we’re walking into our friend’s home whenever we see Darren or Neha. Both of them always greet us with the warmest of welcomes and biggest smiles and provide 5 star service in every way. They are so kind and attentive and will go above and beyond for their guests. We also interacted with Revanth and Rafid who were polite and friendly as well. Carlos at breakfast was very polite and friendly and Yin is always full of energy and smiling which is always appreciated first thing in the morning.

    I had an amazing stay with my family at this hotel! Check-in with Rafid was smooth and he was incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. I can’t forget about Niha either, who does an incredible job and always greeted us with a warm smile. Yin at breakfast was wonderful as well — he treated us so well and even remembered our daily orders. During our stay, I also had the chance to interact with Shahrul, Disha, Shamsad, and Aqil, especially during our check-out, and they were all very friendly and pleasant to talk to. On our last morning, we also met one of the managers, Carlos, who was genuinely friendly and made sure we were doing well and had enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were spotless every single day, so I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the housekeeping team. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and well located, but what really stands out is the amazing team they have. They can be very proud of the work they do. Thank you for everything :)

    The overall experience of this stay was average, but I would especially like to commend the front desk staff Shahrul and Disha. Both of them were very friendly and polite. They handled check-in and answered my questions patiently, and they actively showed concern for my needs, which made me feel respected and welcomed. If I only judge the front desk service from these two staff members, I would give it a full score. However, I was a bit disappointed with the performance of some of the other front desk staff. One day my room key suddenly stopped working, and while I was waiting in line to get it fixed, another guest directly cut in front of me. The front desk staff nearby clearly saw this but did nothing to stop it or guide the other guest, and simply allowed them to be served first. This situation made me feel that the hotel is not very professional when it comes to maintaining order and ensuring a fair experience for all guests. The breakfast service also has room for improvement. For some dishes that need to order by the staff, the serving time was extremely slow: • On the first day, I waited a long time after ordering, and the dish still hadn’t arrived even when I had finished eating and was about to leave. • On the second day, I ordered again, and if I hadn’t taken the initiative to ask, the dish wouldn’t have been brought out at all and seemed to have been completely ignored. Overall, I am very grateful for Shahrul and Disha’s professionalism and warmth; they definitely added a lot of positive points to this stay. However, I hope the hotel can strengthen the training of other front desk and breakfast staff, pay more attention to queue order and serving efficiency, and bring the overall service level more in line with the brand image.

    From the moment we arrived, our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton London-Chelsea was absolutely fantastic. The service was flawless, and the entire property was impeccably clean. ​What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member was friendly, incredibly helpful, and genuinely engaging. We were especially grateful for the unexpected and very helpful early check-in they arranged for us, which made a huge difference to our trip. A special mention and huge thank you must go to Neha, Rev, Shahrul, Aqil, Nashid, Revanth, and Mehmet for their super service. They truly made our visit memorable. ​As an unexpected, delightful surprise, we also received extra cookies as a gift—and they were super good and yummy! It was such a thoughtful touch that capped off the great service. ​This is definitely a place I would stay again in the future, without hesitation. Highly recommended!

    I stayed 4 nights with my family I found a typical English hotel, quiet, clean and with perfect service. The triple room is quite large, with daily service in terms of linen and towels. Good English breakfast, acceptable American coffee. We felt good, especially since it is two minutes from the subway. The price-quality ratio is very good, so I warmly recommend this hotel.

    The entire experience in the hotel was fantastic, nothing to complain about ! Rooms are quite comfortable, spacious and well equipped (even with a kettle and accessible plugs for 'European design'). The location of the hotel is excellent: a few kilometres from the center of London and a train station in 1 minute walk away . The professionalism of the staff is also to be highlighted. We have made our check-in with Harris, who in a very smooth and didactic way gave us the most important information about the reservation and facilities. The Housekeeping team is highest quality as well; the room was in the best condition as possible when we arrived, and the cleaning service the day after was successfully completed. We also really liked the fact that the workers greeted us when we passed each other in the corridor. It is something that seems to be unimportant, but I think it does matter and you do it ! Finally, the bar has a long and diverse menu of food and drinks to offer, and they have the possibility to deliver in room. The girl who was there when I went to have a drink was quite pleasant in her guest treat and efficient doing her work. Congratulations to the whole team !

    Requested upgrade didn't happen even though requested well in advance. First room, sink broke and nearly flooded. Took staff 90 minutes to agree to move me to another room so, almost missed dinner. When moving rooms, I wasn't offered any help. As I was moving room, carrying all my unpacked items, the new room's door key didn't work so, I had to go back to my first room and then back to the reception. Reception phones often took a few attempts to get an answer. The barman took 15 minutes to get to me stood at the bar even though there were only 8 people in total in the bar and only two sets of people waiting (nice guy, but understaffed as he was delivering food as well) New room wasn't clean. Hairs on the bed sheets. Marks on the bed sheets. Hair in the drawer. Hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The new room was much older decor than the first. Was very tired in comparison. Water running down the wall in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned off properly so, there were lines on the wall in the bathroom. In the second room I could hear the next room through the interconnecting door, fortunately not that late. On the second morning of my stay: * a set of two new contact lenses had disappeared. These were unopened, new and sealed. * the two small flannel towels disappeared. * the instant coffee and sugar hadn't been replaced. * both the teaspoons were dirty which was interesting as I had only used one the previous day.... The breakfast was missing one of the two eggs, salt, pepper, butter and honey even though they were individually, specifically asked for. I asked for those things to be sent again but, the breakfast would have been stone cold if I had waited as they took a further 15 minutes and the breakfast was mildy warm in the first place. EDIT: I have upgraded a star owing to the professional manner in which my complaint was handled

    Had a lovely stay at the hotel, staff were really nice and very helpful. Hotel is well placed with Kings Road and Sloane Square within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of hot and cold food. I would definitely stay there again.
