Angel was absolutely wonderful during breakfast and took great care of us and was especially kind and attentive to our baby, which made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable. Thank you, Angel, for starting our day on such a lovely note. Paying additional £20 a night for parking is unreasonable.

Perfect overnight stay, always delightful and attentive staff, check in always impeccable, the lounge a delight and breakfast service, spot on, again, staff are brilliant. Huge comfortable beds, gorgeous bed linen and the most sumptuous fluffy towels, immaculate bathrooms, I always feel I should clean the wash hand basin after brushing my teeth, and you can’t hear the aircraft even though they skim the roof. Highly recommended

Check-in was awful. The lady at reception was rude and abrupt, not very unhelpful. When we got to the room, it was filthy. There were stains all over the bathroom floor and shower, and there was human faeces left in the toilet, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We were moved to another room, but no compensation was offered—only a weak apology. The second room was cleaner, but the toilet bowl was leaking. We also booked a king room and were given a small double instead. Very dated and scruffy rooms overall. Not worth the money at all. This was the worst Hilton check-in experience and the worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed in & I’ve stayed in a lot!

Effortless Comfort Before Take-Off For anyone catching an early flight or arriving late into London, the Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 is a reliable and comfortable choice. It’s close enough to the terminals for convenience, yet far enough to feel like a proper hotel stay rather than a quick airport stopover. The property runs a regular shuttle service to and from Heathrow twice every hour, and offers solid parking options, making it ideal for both short stays and longer trips with vehicle storage. Check-in was smooth and efficient — exactly what you’d hope for when you’re juggling luggage and flight times. My Twin Bed Executive Room was clean, modern, and more spacious than expected. Despite the proximity to the airport, the room was blissfully quiet; not a single trace of aircraft noise interrupted the night, which says a lot for the quality of soundproofing. The Executive Lounge was pleasant but left room for improvement. While the atmosphere was relaxed, the selection of food and drink could have been a little more generous, particularly compared to other Hilton lounges I’ve visited. Still, it provided a quiet space to unwind before the day’s travel. Breakfast, however, was an absolute highlight — a true English breakfast cooked to perfection, from the golden hash browns to the crisp bacon and fluffy scrambled eggs. It’s the kind of morning meal that makes you forget you’re at an airport hotel altogether. Whether as a pre-flight stopover or a place to recharge after a long journey, Hilton London Heathrow Terminal 5 delivers dependable comfort, efficient service, and surprisingly peaceful surroundings. My Verdict: A smooth and restful take-off point – 8.5/10 for convenience, quiet comfort, and a breakfast worth getting up early for.

For a Hilton, the really lack simple amenities such as free coffee which they have a Starbucks in the hotel instead. The hotel is not the cleanest that's for sure. One of the pillow cases had something sticky (maybe candy residue? ) on it. The carpet in the hallways and room has dirty stains on it. They require payment (£6.80) for shuttle service to the airport... it is not complimentary like many other hotels are. (Bus is H5H from Terminal 5 bus area 17/18) The front desk staff are pleasant. The housekeeping staff that passed us in the hallway smelled badly of body odor. The restaurant was decent although 1/2 a baked chicken should actually include the entire half, not just a leg, thigh and wing. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Not for the price vs lack of amenities and cleanliness.

Firstly, I booked into this hotel between flights as the website made a massive feature of the spa, and pool. Lovely, I thought... A chance to have a nice swim and unwind, but nope! The pool has been closed for 8 months, and they don't expect it will open again. Super disappointed, at least take down the numerous photos of the pool/spa if it's unavailable. The rest of the experience was pretty dire too. Reception staff were very inexperienced, I booked a double room but got given a twin, the bath plug didn't work and I had to use a teaspoon to remove it, there are plumbing noises gurgling all night long. The restaurant was OK, good food but slow and inexperienced service. The beds were also extremely hard. Do better Hilton. I paid a premium in order to spend a night in reasonable luxury, and this stay was very far from that.

My experience here is what gives this Hilton a 1 star. The hotel itself is a normal airport hotel about ten minutes from Heathrow Terminal 5. Breakfast is normal airport hotel food. They offer shuttle service, which is to come every 30 minutes. Luckily, I like to get to the airport very early. I waited and waited and waited in the lobby for the shuttle to the airport, which never showed up on two of the scheduled times. Reception knew I was waiting. I finally asked them to check what was happening with the shuttle. They called and found out the shuttle was not coming. I told the front desk that they should probably tell their guests that the shuttle was not coming today. She looked at me, annoyed, and said “that’s why we say it’s never reliable,” then immediately turned her back on me and walked away. They never told me the shuttle was unreliable. The hotel offers it! The only nice person there was the concierge, who called me a cab at least twice because the cab was not arriving when we were told it would arrive. Reception could have handled the situation much better than they did. I had to get a taxi, which took about 20 minutes and cost me 22 pounds. I barely made my flight. Shame on the front desk rude lady!! The photos of me are waiting for my shuttle. Nothing is there.

From the moment we entered the restaurant area in the morning for our breakfast we were greeted by the incredibly loud and dynamic music like in a night club , which was very disturbing. We should have left at that point as what follows was indescribable. The English bacon was foamy , cooked and just awful. The bacon stunk of strange artificial smell and just tasted awful, boiled bacon is just gross. The beans were far and few in between in the strange tomato sauce. The hash browns were rubbery and fried in God only knows, what fat but the taste was vile. They tested old. The bread buns were stale to the point of being dry. There was a sweet bread that tasted like salt! The scrambled eggs were surely made out of powder as I could not taste an egg in it and they smelled awful. I had to spit it out. They were floating in WATER!!!!!! The boiled eggs must have been really old as they were green and stunk!!!!!!! Coffee was just awful! At the till, we were asked if we were paying for 4 people and I answered that we are three people so I will be paying for three. The women at the till then ask me to pay £84. My son looked at her screen where it said , we are paying for 4 so that was pointed out to her to which she replied that we are paying for four. Her English wasn’t simply good enough to I understand what was said. She attempted to purposely overcharge us for the breakfast. The previous night, the staff were rude and the food was simply disgusting and extremely overpriced . We asked several hotel staff people what they thought about the food and that was just met with laughter. We chose to stay at this hotel after looking at its restaurant on line which turned out to be one big con. We travel a lot , all over the globe but this was the worse we ever encountered . Please avoid this Indian driven restaurant . The hotel rooms were the only good thing about the restaurant. DO NOT STAY HERE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT!! A con!!

This is an "airport" hotel that isn't at the airport. There was no formal transport to the airport and the hotel organised a car for our trip to the airport before leaving London. The rooms are reasonably comfortable. Getting a bit dated, but they were tidy. There is a much better Hilton at the airport itself, but this is an acceptable alternative. I wish the hotel would fix the flashing light of a display cabinet near the reception. It doesn't represent the hotel in the best light to have faulty lighting. Hotel staff were great and I thank them for our brief professional interactions.

I had a wonderful relaxing 1 night stay here. I had booked in advance. My flight arrived early so I went to the hotel to drop my bag and find something to do until 3pm check-in time. The reception staff kindly offered me a twin bed room as it was ready immediately. I was so grateful to be able to check in to my room early. I had a nice buffet breakfast and an a la carte dinner before resting for the long flight home. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean and quiet and the bed comfortable.
