“Thank you Tom and the Team at Benchmarx Croydon. We came in with an idea for a kitchen, very plain white, and left with an amazing blue kitchen. Tom showed us loads of different options, on their clever design station and this opened up a whole new world of kitchen design for us! The design stage was very useful, with all the things we wanted added to the spec. Delivery was quick and straightforward and they guys from Benchmarx came in site to make sure all was going well. “I’ve been taking my rabbit to Scallywags for the past 7 years and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Recently I noticed something wrong with my rabbits eyes and breathing, so took him to the vet who assured me everything was fine. When I next visited scallywags, karen immediately noticed something wasn’t right and strongly advised me to take him back to the vet as soon as possible. Thanks to her keen observation and genuine care, I did just that and after a referral to a specialist, he was diagnosed with a tumour. I’m so grateful to Karen, her knowledge of rabbits is exceptional and her love for animals shines through. I truly can’t thank Karen and the team enough. Scallywags is a rare gem and I couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“I'm also a resident here, and I feel it's necessary to address the complaints about summer odors from the bin area. While indeed smells were present in the intense heat, the reviews criticizing the concierges failed to mention one crucial fact: the staff keeps that entire basement area absolutely spotless, cleaning and washing every single inch daily. Their effort is tireless. The reality I witness firsthand is that the odor is caused by tenant negligence. Despite having dozens of free brown composting bins available and a large closed bin downstairs for food waste, some residents repeatedly bag up rotting food waste and dump it into the open recycling bins instead. It's fundamentally unfair to blame the concierges for a problem that is 100% dependent on tenants following the very clear and clean waste disposal system provided.”

“Bought my ball python from here today. Absolutely wonderful. All snakes are healthy, well nourished and friendly. Lots of reptiles to choose from and wonderful people who own it. Very knowledgeable and kind hearted couple who are very supportive and honest. All reptiles are in clean, well ventilated vivariums/terrariums and are obviously very well loved. Will absolutely 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back again!”
