I placed an order for a wreath and it was delivered sames day, a lovely arrangement and reasonably priced for the quick turnaround provided. I was looking for a new kitchen and had a few appointments with a few of the big kitchen name brands and was so disappointed with the non personal service, until I went to Kutchenhaus Croydon. Merkan spent time to understand our needs, gave lots of help and advice and was never pushy or salesy. He designed us a beautiful kitchen, and was happy to make changes when I changed my mind on things. He kept us up to date with everything and was flexible when we had to change our installation date due to building delays. Our kitchen has now been installed (thank you Kras and Dmitri!) and it looks just as beautiful as the 3D model designs. I can't recommend enough.”

Tom showed us loads of different options, on their clever design station and this opened up a whole new world of kitchen design for us! The design stage was very useful, with all the things we wanted added to the spec. Delivery was quick and straightforward and they guys from Benchmarx came in site to make sure all was going well. “We had a fantastic experience. We went in without any knowledge of floors and by the time we walked out, Priscilla Krishnan made sure we knew everything. We were really impressed with the way she explained things patiently and her regular follow ups to ensure we were on track. It took us a good few months to order due to issues with our construction, but when the time came we went back to the store and placed the order with her. The delivery came on time with no issues. The product is very good and I'll recommend this to anyone.”

“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

The store is very well stocked and tidy. Also very useful as Click and collect Online shopping can be collected from here using the touch screen monitor. Plenty of parking available. Recommend to go after 7pm weekday as traffic in Purley is a nightmare.”

“The new lady working in the bakery section (Daria) is fantastic. Her area is always clean, she communicates in four languages and makes the experience an enjoyable one. She is particularly great with dealing with difficult customers that TFC attracts. The bakery section is always fresh when she is there, very clean and difficult to stay away from! It would be fantastic if she worked there day and night!”
