   We went to DREAMS in Vally Park. We were served by a lovely young lady called Chyna who couldn’t have been more attentive to our needs. She greeted us as we walked in but didn’t make us feel pressured. I gave Chyna the details of what we were looking for and she was very professional guiding us until we found what we wanted. Chyna made our visit a professional, relaxed experience and if we could we would give her 10/5. Would definitely recommend DREAMS for mattress's, and would say Chyna is the one to guide you round the store.

   Our sales person, Chyna, was polite, informative and knowledgeable. She explained all of the various options that were relevant to our needs and requirements, even identifying cheaper options to our first thoughts. She offered to extras, without being pushy, and was very professional. Let’s hope the bed gives us as good service as Chyna did.

   Calvin at Dreams Croydon was a very pleasant young man, when we went into the store on Friday to purchase a new bed and mattress. He offered us a drink and made us feel very welcoming. He dedicated lots of his time in making sure we tried the mattress and pillows. Very helpful and very polite. Will highly recommend Dreams.

   I had an amazing in store experience with Kelvin! He advised me and let me try several mattresses and really took my preferences and needs seriously and professionally. I received the mattress at home at the appointed time and day and I had the best experience so far. So many peaceful sleeps and my back doesn’t hurt anymore. Also worth mentioning I’m paying in instalments and paid around 15% deposit only in store

   I recently bought Davies Ottoman bed frames from Dreams, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The gentleman in the Purley Way store was incredibly helpful in helping me choose the right bed and made sure I got the best offers available. The delivery service was just as impressive — the two men who delivered the beds were excellent. They politely took off their shoes without me even asking, placed everything neatly in the right rooms, and clearly showed me which product number was for the single bed and which was for the double. Great customer service all round — I’m really pleased with my purchase and the whole experience. Highly recommend Dreams!

   Glen at dreams was incredibly knowledgable and patient. He helped me find the perfect mattress whilst answering every single one of my questions so patiently. He really listens to you and goes on extra miles to help. I’m usually a very indecisive person but Glen helped me in making up my mind so quickly. I have to say the service Glen delivered is the main reason why I’ve decided to make the purchase. Just wanted to say thank you again using google.

   Staff are very 2-faced! They are all up your a** when you're looking to buy something but when I went to exchange - not return, 1 item out of a big purchase, the first assistant denied me at point blank and took preference over the other custoemer looking to buy - Neil or something, then Moses said he would swap my item (a firm pillow for a soft one), and when he came back with it his look made me so uncomfortable to have even asked for an exchange. Real shame, because the other assistant who helped me buy my items - Michael, was really good! Won't be coming back to that store again in a hurry!
