   Introduction: “I initially had a great experience choosing my sofa at this shop. The staff was friendly, and I felt confident in my purchase.” Delayed Delivery: “However, the delivery was significantly delayed. Despite promises, I received the sofa about 10 to 15 days later than expected, and there was no communication or updates during that time.” Lack of Communication: “When I inquired at the store, I was told that the sofa was just picked up that morning, with no prior notification. This lack of responsibility and organization was disappointing.” Incorrect and Poor Quality Item: “To make matters worse, the sofa I received was not the one I had chosen. The design and quality were completely different, and the product was of very poor quality, far below what was promised.” Conclusion: “Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this shop due to their lack of communication, poor organization, and subpar product quality.”

   Very poor quality products! They all break easily! Dont buy!!! My bag broke on my way home and they said they dont answer for the quality of their products and done give refunds or exchanges. I used the bag as intended carrying it by the handles and with no more than 1kg inside. Laughable! Dont get scammed too!
