   Extremely Disappointing Experience with Beds4U Croydon I recently purchased a bed from Beds4U in Croydon and unfortunately had a terrible experience that I feel others should be aware of. Issues with my order: Wrong product delivered: After waiting 2 weeks for delivery, the bed that arrived was not the color I ordered and paid for. I had initially ordered another bed that, I was told by the shop on phone, would fit my room. But I still visited the shop before scheduled delivery, checked the show-bed, and found out that it would not. Hence, I ordered a replacement and this is where the second ordeal began. I was asked to select a model which I did and shared the fabric color with them. I am unable to attach pic in Google review Since I had paid for installation as well, my son, after installation, pointed out that the colour was different from what we had ordered. When I enquired with the shop, they first asked me for time to talk to their staff after seeing the pics of the delivered bed. I was contacted after sometime and told that they sent correct bed as per order. He could just have told me then and there that the colour was right since this is his job. Refer to the pics. Both pics have been clicked from the same phone. They claimed that the color looks different in phone. In reality, they had ordered the wrong bed and refused to take responsibility for it Damaged goods: The bed was delivered with visible damage. I was told that this is normal in their beds. Not expected from a £400 bed Delivery issues: There was a significant delay in delay and required much follow up Misleading warranty information: I was initially told by staff that the bed came with a 5-year warranty on certain parts, which influenced my purchase decision. However, after delivery, Haider informed me over the phone that the warranty is only 1 year on hydraulics Poor after-sales service: When I raised these issues, the shop has been uncooperative about arranging a replacement or return, despite the product being wrong and damaged There were delays and poor communication throughout. When the wrong and damaged item finally arrived, instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, the shop has been difficult to work with. I expected better customer service and quality control from a furniture retailer. I would strongly advise potential customers to clarify all warranty terms in writing before purchase, not pay any advance, and thoroughly inspect items before accepting delivery. Would not recommend based on this experience.

   I have bought several pieces of furniture over the past few years from here and have recommended others who have also recommended other friends too. A wide selection of furniture available from their catalog with free delivery even on the same day. My mattress is still very cosy I always look forward to going sleep.

   Highly disappointed. They are very unprofessional. I had ordered 1 king-size and 1 Single firm mattress before 15 days of the agreed delivery date. On the day of delivery, the shop called and said that they do not have firm mattress but they can deliver spring mattress. I had to suffer a lot because of this as I had moved to UK recently and had ordered it to set up my new place. I had to sleep in the floor until I arranged something else. Please save yourselves from this shop.

   Highly disappointed with the service received. Done a MISTAKE by ordering from this shop.I have ordered a king size bed and they sent me very small bed and The delivery service is also very bad. NOT Recommend this shop! THIS SHOP CHEATED ME.

   Excellent service. We at Crown Lets 4u Estate Agents always order furnitures from Beds4u and every time we order they deliver the next day & always on time. They have good quality beds and wardrobes. Our tenants never complains about the quality. If our tenants are happy then we are also happy. Great job guys. Keep it up!
