   Racist security guard. Me, a half Eastern European mixed race woman, was minding my own business shopping here today when a security guard decided to follow me and my friend around the shop. It was very obvious as this man followed us down each aisle we went down. I confronted him as he continued to do it for 5 minutes. He said he is not following us around, then he said he has to follow to us around because he’s getting paid to and that we could steal… all while not following the other white people in the store. He then stopped walking around and waited next to us as we paid at the till. Really disgusting behaviour. Will not be returning and do not recommend if you aren’t white.

   I love this shops , food is nice and fresh . Staff is very friendly and helpful . Meat , salami, bakery, yogurt everything is the fresh and best . And spices is cheap and nice . Thank you very much.

   Horrible customer services from Anna, she kept on talking loud and rudely in polish and i understand a bit what she had been talking. Very disappointing as I do weekly shopping here. She said go to her colleagues for services and asked another lady to come forward. This is not acceptable. Staff needs to speak English and be polite.

   Never actually end up buying anything here. I just fill my basket, get to the queue and wait on a long line going all the way to the back of the store because there is always max 2 tills open at this shop and people with full trolleys waiting. I give up and just leave. Always a waste of time at this shop.

   LOVE this polski sklep so much! Extremely clean and tidy, delicious deli and butchers counter, fresh cakes and pastries—you really can't go wrong! There is always fresh baked bread and a variety of cold beers, too. If you're looking for Andouille style sausages, the Polish ones are perfect. We can't help going in every time we pass!

   Lady behind meat counter really unpleasant, doesn’t want to sell fresh meat because company policy is to get rid of old ones first. Don’t recommend buying meat as they don’t care about customers or quality of that meat, all they want is to get rid of old and ugly stock.

   It was my first time visiting Mleczko Croydon and I was amazed by all the choices. The staff were very helpful and explained what the items were because not all were labelled in English. After you paid at the counter, they have this cute customer ratings screens for you to rate your experience.
