Deliveries never arrive. They gave me 2 delivery dates, forcing me to wait around all day on site for them and they didn't bother to turn up on either date. customer service are polite but completely useless. This is my first time using Tradepoint and I will never use them again. Wickes offer the same discount and they actually turn up.
Placed an online order Saturday 24th came up as delivery Sunday the 25th which surprised me but now being the 28th and no delivery, customer services tell me they escalated to the store but they don’t answer their phones. So now have people on hold as work can't continue. SHOCKING SERVICE will go back to my usual suppliers as this was my first time ordering.
They are cooperative and friendly but some time products are not updated as it shows either they are available when they are not or not available when they are tucked in some where around rest good

I got abused today by a lady at the till point , i went to pay for some stuff , firstly she had no customer service skills , no hello nothing not even a word , she scanned the stuff and asked for a tradepoint card i said i Don't have , she said well you have to go to the other tills , i said but i bought here just yesterday and few days ago several times and it has never been an issue , bearing in mind she served a customer before me without a trade card , when i said i will make a complaint she had the cheek to say that complaints don't scare her , she had no name badge on so i asked her for her name , she said doesn't need to give me her name and became very agitated and loud , i asked to see her manager she said you could go look for him yourself , i went ahead to ask who the manager was , she was screaming in front of customers of what had happened , i asked him to give me her name because i would like to make a complaint he also refused to give me her name , the manager's name was owen . I will proceed with formal complaint , i will not let this pass through without someone dealing with it . Avoid this place at all costs The rude lady was working today around 12pm by the tills at the tradepoint side B&Q croydon
Customer service by Chloe was phenomenal and she ended up saving a lot of money by going the extra mile. Thank you for the excellent services.
My husband offen visiting the Trade Ponit at B&Q bacuse he is a handyman and always needs something. They have everything what he needs. The staff is very kind and helpful and they have good discounts too for traders . Plenty of parking spaces and they have special trolleys too for builders. What I personally miss from B&Q stores is the toilet . I think would be important , because for example the builders spend there usually long time buying materials and all what they need to complete their jobs.
IKEA, love this place, I could happily spend the day browsing around the numerous merchandise and fabulous displays. Only problem is when you reach the checkouts, queues and not enough self-service tills open. But I got what I want and will return.
Placed an online order on 21st at 8.08am for click and collect. I was informed that it may take 2 to 3 days due to covid 19 and social distancing and that I should wait for confirmation before making the journey. 3 days later I am still waiting for confirmation so that I can collect the items. I will you cannot even get through on the phone. Surely they can pick up 3 items in 3 days for me to collect as otherwise they should just remain shut if they cannot manage simple tasks. I will furthermore they shouldn't give false hopes that you can collect the items within 3 days. I think I have wasted enough time hoping that one day I will get my stuff back so I will just cancel the order. Don't order anything if you expect it some time soon.
