    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with The Range. I received a table and chairs in terrible condition, and even though the company agreed to collect the defective items, Evri never showed up. I waited the entire day for a collection that simply didn’t happen. This situation has caused me a lot of stress, especially because I have more furniture arriving and now have nowhere to store the defective items. The lack of organisation and responsibility from both The Range and the courier is unacceptable. This was my first time buying from The Range, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I expected better service and respect for customers’ time. I do not recommend this store.

    This was my first time going to rangers.Its ok, however I thought the quality of the sheets and quilts is very poor. The Christmas decorations were nice, not anything different from other stores. I may go back after the Christmas season to see if the selection is better.

    I bought a mudguard for my new bicycle two days ago, but it turned out to be the wrong one. When I returned to the store to exchange or refund it, I brought the item exactly as purchased – unused, intact, attached to its original cardboard backing, and with the receipt. Despite this, they refused the exchange or refund, claiming it was “not in the original packaging.” I explained that it was in the original packaging, but they insisted that because the plastic zip ties had been cut, the packaging was no longer acceptable. I find this unreasonable – of course I had to remove the ties to check whether the mudguard fit. The item itself was completely unused and in perfect condition. The situation escalated to the point where the manager went to check the CCTV, which felt extreme and unnecessary for a simple exchange request. Even after that, they still refused to help, blaming “policy.” I’ve lived in the UK for many years and have never experienced such poor customer service. This was my first time shopping at this store, and it will definitely be my last. I would not recommend it to anyone. The checkout staff were also unnecessarily rude, as if asking for a refund or exchange was an inconvenience. Overall, terrible customer service, inflexible policies, and a very disappointing experience.

    Really disappointed with this store it’s gone extremely downhill no pricetag on anything. Everything is unorganised. It’s all mix and match. It’s literally worse than a charity shop management staff are nowhere to be seen. It needs immediate attention. It’s such a shame. I really like the range. strange seems like HR or no one else oversee the store I’ve seen all the comments no response no action been taken for the last few years

    Halloween and even Christmas home decoration available at the range. Got a large decorative display at a bargain price of £6.99! Love the scented candles and if you are into Halloween you will surely be pleased.

    Popped in here today and my god this is a massive health and safety risk for the employee and public. Good luck finding anything you are looking for here it looks like a jumble sale. I've been to other (the range) stores before and this was just horrible. I didn't find anything I wanted. I would never be returning here. AVOID do not shop here if you have kids. (the place could cause injury)

    I brought some discounted items to the till, including a plastic seed tray set and a pair of gardening gloves. The seed tray set was shown to be 75p but the cashier charged me £3.99 (later refunded). Then the gloves had a label on itself saying it is £2.99 but the till lady charged me £3.49 and refused to honor the displayed price despite I had shown to her the displayed price. I totally understand the till's price is final but I would not have browsed around for discounted products had you not displayed attractive clearance prices. Let's not waste the time of us and conduct some honorable business, would you? The Range likes to lure customers to bring things to the till that way? Why just they do not conduct business in an honest manner?

    Very spacious store where you always find something which you actually need to home. From decorations going through bathroom amd on fitness finishing absolutely mental choice of products. Friendly staff will help you to find product you search or even walk with you to aisle where needed product might be.

    Only went in for bird seed and plants. Unfortunately, there were no bird seed. Only dried mealworm and niger seed. I guess it was due to the two very hot days we've just had but a lot of the plants were dried up and unattractive. Some of them didn't have prices on and I couldn't be bothered to enquire. Great selection of garden statues and ornaments, but again, some of them did not have prices on, which was frustrating. The rest of the store looked fine. Absolutely packed with everything you could think of. Probably a lot easier to list what they didn't sell.

    Large range of household and garden stuff on display. I made a quick visit and was able to find stuff which I was looking for. Parking is only 2 hrs which I don't think will work if you open to visit more than one shop in that area.
