   A massive thank you to Waqar for all his time at Natuzzi today. He showed us the Calligaris dining table and chairs which we loved and bought in matt white. Waquar spent a long time giving us measurements, colour options and showing us the extended and folded table. We also saw a 2 seater and 3 seater settee which we loved and ordered in leather. Waqar was able to show his knowledge of colour combinations and what would work best for us in our house. He was patient, his knowledge of the products was excellent. We liked the fact there was no pressure to buy and loved the whole Natuzzi experience. Thank you Waqar.

   I wasn't familiar with the brand before my first visit to the store but I immediately was impressed with the selection and the service! I was served by Frank who was attentive and very patient with all my questions. At no point I felt I was pushed for sale and our conversation continued over the email and number of calls where Frank looked at different solutions to meet my needs. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If i could suggest a small improvement then it would be to move to the electronic form of signing, I had to come back to the store to sign physical documents that are required to purchase a customized sofa. I feel in today's day and age electronic form should be an option. After signing the documents, I received a cleaning pack and a than an email from the store manager. I am now patiently waiting to receive my sofa! I would recommend this place!

   Purchased a complete sofa suite from Natuzzi editions. Two visits where the sales consultants Frank & Dave provide a first class experience from product knowledge to advice addressing our specific requirements. The brand speaks for itself not only through product but the sales consultants as well with their aim to service the customer at the highest level. I am a returning Natuzzi customer having had a previous sofa for over 11 years which still looks new. Would highly recommend.
