   Awful customer service,tried to return a faulty power tool less than 24 hours after buying it, it couldn't be used faulty charger.I was advised it would be sent off for repair,they even tested the charger they could see it didn't work.I said no I wanted a full refund as per my statutory rights,company policy was for repair, I said company policy does not over rule statutory rights.They had to go and phone the duty RM who told them to issue a full refund at least he know customer rights and guess what not even an apology.I won't be going back ever again.A complaint has been made with your head office and I have also advised the manufacturer of the drill off your appalling customer service.

   ToolStation Croydon is a handy place where you can shop for DIY or trade items for builders or plumbers or general repairs. They have really good stock of mostly used items in building and repair. As name suggests they also stock power tools. They have catalogue from which you can choose item or product numbers. I normally use there website before I make a visit, so it is always a quick visit here. The staff are very helpful.
