   Closed at 17:30 when website says open until 20:00. Doors were not opening and staff inside nodded head but there was no sign or anyone to elaborate if there was an issue or alternative shop nearby. Would’ve appreciate if there was any information on their socials at least to say they’re closed instead of wasting trip there when I could’ve made my way to another pet shop before they closed as I desperately need my pets food.

   Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. You do get the sense those working there actually care about animals/pets and that it's not just a job to them. Had our cat spayed, she was looked after well and they made sure she was fine to leave at the right time. The wound is healing well, the post-op check was good and provided a chance to discuss any concerns. Great service. Thank you.

   I had previously rang in the morning to check on the stock of an item. The assistant was very helpful. When I attended the shop, the assistant remembered my call. She was really nice and so was the assistant who served me as there was a problem accessing my VIP card. Thank you ladies you were so lovely!
