The staff especially Hanifah were not pushy, she allowed us time to browse and was very attentive and friendly when needed. Luckily our chosen sofa was in stock and within two weeks it was delivered and set up in our house by a very professional and punctual delivery company (Humber services Ltd). “I purchased a table from Haydon, which I am really happy with. It arrived in the estimated time frame and looked just like the pictures. It feels and looks like great quality and more special than what you see in the shops for a very reasonable price. It actually looks nicer than ones I viewed and almost bought in some upmarket furniture stores and also feels better built. It included a bench to fit under which was good value. Assembly of the legs was easy as the holes were already drilled and just needed screwing in. He did us a custom size as his standard ones weren't quite right for us, which was great. I have had it for 4months now and no issues at all. Would buy from here again.”

“Rubix Events were lovely, professional and reasonably priced! They provided a compact photo booth with red carpet treatment and props, we requested to print our photos out and the quality was very good - we even got to have custom filter for the party! They also provided number lights which lit up the room! They were prepared with their own lighting as well and were discreet, as this was a surprise birthday set up - it all went smoothly. They also had a person on standby all night to help guests with the booth. From booking to the actual event they did an amazing job and I would certainly hire them again~”

“I have been visiting Toolstation, Beckenham on a regular basis for nearly a year. It has become like a second home! Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. I have also been served by many other members of staff and all have given the same high standard of service. Well done guys and ladies! Thanks to all of you.”
