Prachi was very professional and kind. She explained all the options available for our fitted wardrobe and offered helpful advice. Booking the visit to design the wardrobes for our bedrooms was very easy. The location is also very convenient, especially with free parking.

I recently visited Sharps to explore their wardrobe options ahead of my design visit and had a wonderful experience, thanks to Ipshita. She clearly explained how the design visit works, showed us a range of designs in the showroom, and gave us a booklet to take home. We booked the free room design (they said on the phone and website they could design living rooms). The person who came didn't design anything (he seemed like he was a sales person) but said the best option we could have was a standard, media unit and 3 wardrobes, in the living room. All the pictures in the brochure which he took with him when he left were of pretty much the same media unit. He didn't ask any questions about what we wanted and the standard unit they offered wouldn't be the solution as we need a table too. They were unable to do anything with the understairs cupboard although there were pictures of this on the website. No seating options available according to the sales person although there were some on the website. This was not any kind of design (although the man who came was a nice man). If you're looking for a living room design be aware they will just offer you a standard media unit and no actual design or ideas.

So said the close at 6 got there 5.45 to have a quick look before finalising on a design. To find shutters down and when I saw a lady walking out she told me sorry we close at 6. I showed her the time on my phone and said it’s not 6. She argued it is and then sorry I have to go. Pretty poor, I know we were leaving it a bit late but come on that’s just redicolous. Can’t see them lasting long if she managing it.
Nice to see the product. Person at the desk cannot really do much in terms of information as most of the info is provide by the designer.
