“Primark has a range of affordable workout items, if you are planning to go to the gym to be summer ready! Fitting is quick and easy and if you happen to be able to go during week days, the queue is not very long at the till compared with weekends. Going often to the gym if you like to have a freshly cleaned outfit for each session since the U.K. weather does not allow clothes to dry very quickly, worth a trip. Leggings at £3 Sport bras at £7 Tops at £6 (got them at £3, discounted on the day) I don’t usually like fast fashion but when planning to go down in size with the comfort of daily clean gym items, it does make sense not to buy branded and expensive items. Primark also has a very nice summer collection for house items this year. I particularly loved the cushion cover they give a Monsoon vibe.”

“Staff are always very helpful. Considering i am blind, my shopping experience is made easier with staff so keen to assist. I walked in yesterday with my list of online shopping items, The lady and gentleman who assisted were ever so patient and attentive. The lady found my items online for purchase, i am expecting to go back today once notified they are ready for collection. I had to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars, Tiffany who assisted yesterday with my shopping was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Tiffany. Went back on 31/12/2022 and as usual I was not disappointed. Hessa took her time to carefully ensure I was properly assisted. Sonia who helped in the past also came over to make sure all was well plus gave guidance to her colleague. Thanks to both for such great customer service.”

“I had been in search of a new dining table for a few months and having not ventured into Croydon Centre for over a year was unaware that there is a great Next Outlet store in the Centrale Centre. Now when I say that this is a great store let me clarify, whilst the store is well stocked it is not your high-end retail store but it makes up for its shortcomings with a fantastic team of customer service personnel. I found a team of three young ladies moving, wrapping and selling large items of furniture, seemingly all at once, these ladies were taking the multi-tasking skill to a whole new level. Laura, Seratu and Teressa are truly a force of nature and if you need an example of exemplary customer service then look no further, I received absolutely first class service from Seratu when purchasing my Laura Ashley side table, as I needed to know the original price and material and she took the time to look up the item online and provide me with the requested information which allowed me to make an informed choice and purchase an item I had no intention of buying when I entered the store. If you are in need of furniture or clothing you would be crazy not to check out some of the great deals available at the Next Outlet Store in Croydon, located on the ground floor of the Centrale Shopping Centre.
