Hello I want to share my return experience in this store I bought few clothes for my husband as we both are working full time so he didn’t have time to go store so I did instead. I asked lady if I can return she said with in 1 month time well I went back after 2 weeks as we only kept 1 trouser and lady on till with red hair so extremely rude and she keep forcing me to accept that item been used even all tags were on and they were attached I from of button their was no chance that it’s been used.i explained to her but she kept forced me to accept then she said because she believed that item is used that’s why she can’t accept return I had to call my husband in stress and he came .at the end MR PATIK came and he did refund me all he was nice gentleman he little but tried aswell but all tags were on clothes with original condition so he didn’t argue much.this was my worse experience and I would not recommend any one go to that store because of staff behaviour.

I visited the Next store today and needed assistance from someone in the men's department. I spent about 10 minutes looking for a staff member on the shop floor. Then I headed over to the women's department and asked a lady who was arranging a window display if there was anyone working upstairs. She responded that there should be two people there, maybe in the stockroom, and then mentioned that she wasn’t actually a store employee but was just working on the decorations. She asked the security guard if he knew where the upstairs staff were, and he just shrugged his shoulders.

Each time I’ve visited this store—particularly the children’s department—I’ve consistently encountered disgusting customer service. The staff have been incredibly unhelpful. Unfortunately, today was no exception. Two employees, Lucy and Jorida, displayed a particularly poor attitude and could clearly benefit from extensive customer service training. Their dismissive & rude behavior prompted me to request a manager. Interestingly, an item I was just told was out of stock was suddenly found when the manager looked for it herself. She assured me she would address the issue with the staff, and I sincerely hope she follows through. If employees are unable to treat paying customers with basic courtesy and respect, perhaps it’s time to reconsider their roles.

Staff are always very helpful. Considering i am blind, my shopping experience is made easier with staff so keen to assist. I walked in yesterday with my list of online shopping items, The lady and gentleman who assisted were ever so patient and attentive. The lady found my items online for purchase, i am expecting to go back today once notified they are ready for collection. I had to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars, Tiffany who assisted yesterday with my shopping was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Tiffany. Went back on 31/12/2022 and as usual I was not disappointed. Hessa took her time to carefully ensure I was properly assisted. Sonia who helped in the past also came over to make sure all was well plus gave guidance to her colleague. Thanks to both for such great customer service.

Lovely clothes for children. Colourful and lots of different styles. Would love the older kids' clothes to be as fun and vibrant as the younger kids' stuff. Adult range is slightly duller still, more office-wear for older, more reserved folks. Nice little gifts and jewellery section. Café upstairs but I didn't go up there. Would recommend for adult office-wear and kids'clothes 6yrs and under.

Ok store not as good as Bromley store save yourself and get to the Bromley store Croydon shopping centre is very poor most of the popular store has dissappear from the shopping centre..the shop on the street between the Whitgift shopping centrale shopping centre are in need of updating The street are very dirty and a lot of ruff sleeps people begging in the street lot of closed down shops..too many phones shops too many of the same luggage and phone shops..the only other business that is still remains are banks...

All fitting rooms are closed. Staff didn’t want to open any of them- “we never open them on sales, we are not allowed because people will trash them” lol. Buy now, try at home and return if not wanted.
