“GO TO BABYNEST! We went in yesterday for advice on getting a replacement car seat. We were bowled over by Chloe’s knowledge and expertise, and just how friendly and helpful she was without ever being pushy. She helped us fit our new seat and even came back out after I’d fed the baby to check she was safely seated. Just amazing customer service. Babynest specialize in larger items like car seats, cots and prams - HUGE range - but has the Stokke Tripp Trapp and accessories too. I wish they also sold weaning things and clothes as would be in there all the time! If you are expecting though - go here!! Thank you Babynest!”

“Staff are always very helpful. Considering i am blind, my shopping experience is made easier with staff so keen to assist. I walked in yesterday with my list of online shopping items, The lady and gentleman who assisted were ever so patient and attentive. The lady found my items online for purchase, i am expecting to go back today once notified they are ready for collection. I had to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars, Tiffany who assisted yesterday with my shopping was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Tiffany.
