   I would like to share my really positive experience during a recent visit to Aldi. A member of staff named Kate truly stood out. She was incredibly kind, considerate, and very helpful throughout my shopping trip. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she handled everything with such warmth and a genuine smile on her face. Kate’s friendly attitude made my visit enjoyable and stress-free, and it’s lovely to see such great customer service. She is a real credit to the store, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Kate!

   Aldi is a great place to shop with very reasonable prices and a good variety of products. They always have unique items that you don’t usually find in other stores, and the prices are much cheaper compared to elsewhere. I always find fresh quality products here, and it makes grocery shopping both affordable and enjoyable. Highly recommend checking it out!

   Croydon has many Lidls, but not so many Aldis. This moderately-sized Aldi branch is easy to access from East Croydon Station via the 64 bus and another route I can't recall at the moment. The bus stop for the return route is a very short walk. This store hasn't been busy during my visits, staff are friendly and the selection is good. On my last two visits, however, I could not find sliced sourdough bread, which Lidl doesn't stock. Hopefully, it hasn't been discontinued

   Not a bad place. Good for low cost random-branded food and knock-off brands. There’s a small car park out front and a bigger one at the rear. Interesting selection of household items - eg want a horse saddle or a gazebo with your tinned peas? They’ve got you covered!

   Its a Monday evening in February but the queues to check out are going way back down the aisles. Additionally the basket self checkout is not open... again. Thereby forcing basket customers to wait in lengthy queues behind multiple large trolleys. These are repeated issues with this store. I was also prevented from leaving the store by the door being one way, so it would not open. This required me to then push past the lengthy check out queues just to get out of the premises. Therefore this score reflects failure to provide any basic service. Due to poor queue management, causing me to have to abandon my shop and go to the much better managed nearby Sainsburys. The nearby Sainsburys is much more effectively managed and a better customer experience than this store. I find Sainsburys is not significantly more expensive and the products are much better quality. I would recommend avoiding this Aldi.

   Fine good old Aldi, have been going there for years. One small issue though, don't try to take the wheelie basket out of a toddler's hand at the checkout like yesterday, he was going to leave it on his own accord when we actually finished!

   15 deep at the tills, I nearly left my basket and walked off. Aldi Selsdon, is small, overcrowded and not a pleasurable experience. I used to shop here before it became popular and visited today for the 1st time in years. Back to Sainsbury's for me. Prices not much different and a much better shopping experience.
