Had a weird and ultimately pointless experience with this shop. We visited the store and then put a deposit down for a pram over the phone the following day, after they had confirmed availability. We were informed this would be delivered, but later they contacted us saying it would be ready for collection in December. They refused to arrange delivery unless we returned to the store with the payment card and ID - despite being happy to take the deposit over the phone, and the delivery and billing addresses being the same. This wasn't convenient, as obviously I'm already popping down the Amazon warehouse 3 times a week to show Jeff my drivers license. They wouldn't explain why, just said "security reasons" repeatedly. We ordered directly from the manufacturer instead, who delivered it to our house like any normal company would. One star back for the prompt deposit refund. Edit: Removed the extra star due to the response including the phrase "security reasons" yet again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. Everything seemed fine at the ordering stage. All was well price match was offered when I found cheaper elsewhere. I was going to cancel my order but on a phone call where sales rep was quite insistent to keep my order I felt obliged to stick with supporting a small business rather than going directly to the official retailer. WORST DECISION EVER!!! I went into early labour and had to endure a couple of weeks in hospital worrying about my newborn baby and my own health to then come out build my pram and find that it feels flimsy and doesnβt fold first time. Not being a first time mum I know this isnβt due to user error and 100% the buggy. It is also awkward flimsy through the frame and feels as though itβs going to break. I went back to baby nest to advise them of this and to request an exchange not a full refund and they refused as it was out of their 14 day returns policy. I explained the whole situation and while I respect they have a returns policy, usually smaller businesses are more accommodating of issues customers face. I have all the packaging am able to put every back as I found it. I also contacted them within 30 days which is a usual returns policy timeframe. While I know the consumer rights act allows for 14 days, this is not standard practice across this market and all retailers I have experienced are within 30-60 days so I did not foresee this being an issue. Having spent over Β£1k with this business I expected more. The lack of empathy is outrageous in a mothers most sensitive and vulnerable time. Avoid like the plague order from the retailers who have a steady returns policy. Iβm now stuck with a buggy that is faulty regardless of what they say (apparently Iβm doing it wrong, so patronising itβs a joke) and make one of the biggest decisions that will make or break your postpartum journey with someone else.

Firstly, Iβm so sorry this is a little late than promised Chloe! My partner and I visited Baby Nest a few weeks ago looking for a very specific travel system which the Baby Nest had out on display (even in the colour we wanted). Chloe was straight over to us demonstrating how the whole system works, how easy it is to put together, take apart and so forth but not in a pushy sales way, more like a friend showing us. With both my partner and I being first time parents, we had a lot of questions which I felt may have been silly; but Chloe was so warm and welcoming I felt comfortable to ask everything that came to mind, and she provided an informative answer to everything question as well as her own personal experiences which we both loved. We ended up spending a lot longer in the store than anticipated and looking at much more because of Chloeβs approach and warm nature, and have decided that anything we need to buy will be done through Baby Nest and Chloe will be the person we buy through. Thank you so much Chloe for all of the help you gave us, it felt like you had given me a big hug with the service you provided and I can honestly say Iβve never received customer service like it before. Cannot wait to see you soon to spend our money and ask more silly questions (Iβve got a list). Youβre a huge attribute to your work place and will be recommending everyone to you and the Baby Nest. My in store experience was incredibly helpful! Everything was explained with the utmost amount of patience. They had lots of brands available which is what I was looking for. GO TO BABYNEST! We went in yesterday for advice on getting a replacement car seat. We were bowled over by Chloeβs knowledge and expertise, and just how friendly and helpful she was without ever being pushy. She helped us fit our new seat and even came back out after Iβd fed the baby to check she was safely seated. Just amazing customer service. Babynest specialize in larger items like car seats, cots and prams - HUGE range - but has the Stokke Tripp Trapp and accessories too. I wish they also sold weaning things and clothes as would be in there all the time! If you are expecting though - go here!! Thank you Babynest!

Really brilliant service at Baby Nest yesterday. We went in with no idea about what we needed and the young guy (apologies for not knowing your name) who served us was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. We didn't feel like we were getting a hard sell at all, and he helped us find the perfect travel system and car seat to order. We were also there for ages & he let us try out the different options to see what suited us best. We've driven by Baby Nest countless times before but never needed to go in until now, and I am so glad we did. Highly recommended!
