Customer service is very poor. I purchased spiderman dress for sister son. By mistake i took 7-8 yrs dress. So the next day i visit the store, ask the lady. I need 6-7 yrs dress. But even she didn't check in store they have or not. Straightaway she told me, we don't have. Please visit online. This is disgusting.

Empty. 1 lady on till. NO HELP. Just use the wall tills, No app or card, Why am I here. "Well actually I do have a card thank you. But i have never had an issue.
Got bits and pieces for school and home and service was fairly quick. Also collected a clic and collect order. Halloween and Autumn decor available also a wide range of clothes with fall colours (brown and beige).
I got what I wanted Prices are still reasonable overall despite the general upward trend, always has stock and easy to park
What joke of a store, they turned the cashiers tills around backwards and call it self-service. Good luck finding a member of staff if you need to have a security tag removed.
Ignorant staff, they block the access to the other shops then they all act like they are kids, including the manager that I speak with, witch didn't even bother to come outside to see the situation . They block the road until they unload all truck. The excuse was the driver was in his rest brake and he can't move to truck, but in all this time he was working unloading the truck....
stick to what you do, and do that with atleast minimum serving standards. You wanted to get greedy and started becoming pick up / drop off point for couriers who are already struggling to provide good service and then adding inefficient, unprofessional store like yours makes it more worse for the customers. Forget using your store for pick up/ drop of parcels I will now stop shopping too in your store and will ask my friends and family to do the same. You have misplaced my envelope with important documents.
