   I use this store regularly for collecting American Sports Teams clothing I purchase on eBay. The staff are always very polite, courteous and helpful. The store always appears clean and tidy too, with a high volume of trade. If I were ever in need certain products for the home or gifts etc, I would absolutely consider shopping with this Argos branch

   I was here just now, I waited in the queue to ask if they had something in stock. The lady redirected me to the computers to check. She then followed behind me to remove me from the computer I was directed to, telling me to use a private browser instead to search as she’d like to use the computer for a customer …(?) I had no clue what I was doing in didn’t feel supported. Boone approached me to help and I was tired with my newborn. Am I not a customer too…. I was confused. I was being tossed left and right, as I pushed the stroller and shopping. I just left and said thank you. Some staff need customer training on how to support ALL customers

   The manager (Eleanora) is really rude… Unfortunately for the brand, having this type of employees have made me regret placing an order through Argos instead of Amazon. They don't accept returns even though I’ve never opened the packet. No problems like this using Amazon.

   The wast managers and staff at 53-57 church street Croydon are so bad in the way there service customers, racism towards black people. I experienced racism with these 2 managers KARA AND SHAVIMA Intimidating me as a black male calling police on me because I asked for the pen to write there names so that I can make a complaint. Looking at Google reviews about this store everyone is complaining about managers being disrespectful and recist Very bad store please head office change the manager

   It's changed over the years. It has a few monitors placed around the store, and a sitting area to wait for your goods The jewellery section is still on its own. No parking is available site.
