   I really like this Primark, the customer service is great and everyone working there is very kind and helpful. It's always nice and tidy and easy to find what you want. It has a good selection and it's easy to get to from the train station

   Absolutely terrible customer service. I never even write reviews but I feel like I have to after what I just experienced. No hello before serving or thank you once done. I was making an exchange and once he had scanned everything I wasn’t even sure if he was done as he didn’t even say nothing. Then proceeds to say ‘yeah’ in the rudest way possible, as if I’m meant to know that everything is done? This is not the first time I’ve experienced something like this in your store. Could you please start teaching your staff basic customer service!

   Primark has a range of affordable workout items, if you are planning to go to the gym to be summer ready! Fitting is quick and easy and if you happen to be able to go during week days, the queue is not very long at the till compared with weekends. Going often to the gym if you like to have a freshly cleaned outfit for each session since the U.K. weather does not allow clothes to dry very quickly, worth a trip. Leggings at £3 Sport bras at £7 Tops at £6 (got them at £3, discounted on the day) I don’t usually like fast fashion but when planning to go down in size with the comfort of daily clean gym items, it does make sense not to buy branded and expensive items. Primark also has a very nice summer collection for house items this year. I particularly loved the cushion cover they give a Monsoon vibe.

   Very cool place. Primary boasts of everything fashion. A very seren atmosphere to make a wide range of selections at pocket friendly prices. The staff are welcoming, but there is no step free access. It comprises of 3 different floors by men, women and children. Movements between these floors is comfortable with either the lift or translator. There are enough cash points to ease payment. However Primark does not have convenience. If you intend to use a bathroom don't visit.

   Primark is a huge disappointment. The clothes look cheap and flimsy and the customer service is terrible. I recently went in to exchange an item and the staff were unhelpful and rude. They didn't offer any assistance or try to make the process easier. The prices may be low, but you get what you pay for. Poor quality items and poor service. I would never shop here again.

   Visited Saturday 22th February 2023 in the morning. It was nice and clean. All the bright spring clothes were neatly on display. The shop wasn't packed and i was in and out in no time. Just the way I like it.

   Incredibly rude staff member who was more interested in telling her colleague about her grandma than she was serving customers. She only acknowledged my presence to ask me if I wanted a bag. I was made to feel like a nuisance just for buying a hat! Disgraceful.

   It's a good shop for good quality cheap clothing, I would rather buy primark clothing than 80% of online retailers . At primark you know your getting quality because you can feel it and you don't have to wait 5 to 7 working days for your refund. Let's face it nothing online comes the size it states or the size you want. Primark you can get a outfit and footwear for under £40.

   It has quite a fews bits and can be get very busy and it's messy staff can't keep up with the demand in this store. It always seems to be long queues in there and the bear minimum staff on the tills.Try another Primark. I have notice with the cost of living the goods prices are creeping up slightly but still not to bad.
