They currently have sales and found this Sonic for a big Sonic fan at only £7.50! It is worth checking now and then this outlet. This sofa is rather nice too. They have tones of clothes for children and adults but one need time to go through them and check their sizes. The place can look disorganised and messy at time or rather full or empty pending on stock I suppose but you may find a little gem at an affordable price if you take time to look around. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I had been in search of a new dining table for a few months and having not ventured into Croydon Centre for over a year was unaware that there is a great Next Outlet store in the Centrale Centre. Now when I say that this is a great store let me clarify, whilst the store is well stocked it is not your high-end retail store but it makes up for its shortcomings with a fantastic team of customer service personnel. I found a team of three young ladies moving, wrapping and selling large items of furniture, seemingly all at once, these ladies were taking the multi-tasking skill to a whole new level. Laura, Seratu and Teressa are truly a force of nature and if you need an example of exemplary customer service then look no further, I received absolutely first class service from Seratu when purchasing my Laura Ashley side table, as I needed to know the original price and material and she took the time to look up the item online and provide me with the requested information which allowed me to make an informed choice and purchase an item I had no intention of buying when I entered the store. If you are in need of furniture or clothing you would be crazy not to check out some of the great deals available at the Next Outlet Store in Croydon, located on the ground floor of the Centrale Shopping Centre. Thank you to the amazing sales team at Next Outlet in Croydon, you deserve this positive feedback, which is amazing considering I am not on commission.
The staff were so helpful in particular Troy was so kind and patient. We bought a armchair and he was so helpful with direction to pick up and I was with my elderly mother so he help me to the car . Can’t tell you how grateful We were to have the help of Troy and really nice young man , so good to see such great customer service !
Gem of a store, you can sometimes find a real bargain, I picked up a beautiful dress in the sale and got to the till only to find it was now £3. Short of giving it away, I was thrilled to bits with that price as it had been originally reduced to £18. Saving was win-win. Lots of lovely items for the beach and summer sun. I shall definitely be returning to grab a few more bargains before they are all gone.
In terms of clothes it's not really my cup of teas as you can tell these are sale items that have been left on the rail for way too long. Its a big store with very minimal stuff, however their sales on their furniture is definitely worth a visit if you want to get quality furniture for a decent price. The lady who served me was kind and explained everything to me in terms of collection and went out of her way to ensure that I was comfortable with my purchase.
Not enough mirrors, bit tatty. There's a lot of clothes but difficult to know where the different sizes are. I didn't find anything today. Customers drop items on the floor but not enough staff on the floor & the ones there kept very busy. I pick stuff up but most don't.
Conflicted. Store is presented like a charity shop, random items are flung about like a charity shop, but you can't try on any clothes. I did get a blue wool waistcoat for a wedding, however, that I struggled to source for weeks elsewhere. The items are priced below what a charity shop would charge, yet the items are of course new. Spoiler alert: the prices of items are lower when you arrive at the till. Odd, odd experience, can only be 3 stars.
