   Reserved a product yesterday as the item was not in stock. The reason for the intentions of the purchase was due to the RED20 promo offer. Since the product was not in stock, I reserved the item and to be collected after 9am today. The colleague failed to notify myself that the promotional offer was going to finish last night. This has resulted in a waste of time, both yesterday and today. In the future, colleagues must inform customers of such matters so that these situations do not arise and leave away disappointed. The colleague this morning was not apologetic or was not aware of how this situation can have an impact on the customers experience.

   This has been my local for 3+ years now and the staff and manager are consistently professional, friendly and helpful. Queues are short and fast moving - much helped by click and collect. I even visited on the most recent Christmas Eve and was served by the manager who was calm and cheerful. I've also never had an issue with any of the items I've collected which given the link to Tu and Habitat has been a lot over the years!

   I visited Argos early Saturday morning, 4 days before Christmas Day and I was helped by a delightful young man named Tyrell. Despite ordering over eight items, he was incredibly patient and attentive. His knowledge of the products was impressive, so it was obvious that he was well trained and his friendly demeanour made my shopping experience so easy, which made a huge difference. The Argos in Sydenham Sainsbury’s can often feel chaotic and always short staffed but Tyrell’s professionalism really shone through. Thank you Tyrell for your exceptional service..You truly made my day!

   Today I had to thank the Argos team to help me with the collection of a table while having a toddler with me! Once at the till, I asked if somebody could help me to fit the table in the car, and just in a few minutes, I had one of the members of the staff called Ash helping me. Great experience, likely there are still nice people out there!

   The service is just terrible.There was a conflict situation regarding the return of equipment. When I asked to call the manager, the saleswoman said that the manager had a day off today. Then, after a couple of minutes, a man came running and called himself Mo and said that he was the manager. To my fair question that I was told that he had a day off today, he answered with irony that he had come specially for us.Lies at every turn I do not recommend this stock to anyone.
