   Poor service. Very slow, staff not particularly helpful and seem unhappy. Not sure why they are working in customer facing roles, when they clearly don't like helping customers.

   Changing rooms ‘closed’ with 55 mins to go until closing time. Staff have low energy, are rude & lack ‘basic’ customer service skills. Whoever runs this shop should be ashamed.

   Really poor customer service. There is only one fitting room which is located on the first floor and guess what, it's not accessible, see picture. Staff are very unfriendly and not helpful at all. It seems they dont want to be here. Air conditioning doesn't work on the first floor, it's like a sauna. Not a pleasant experience at all.

   I avoid this store as much as I can. I went there after school drop-off, so not too busy. As I approached the till area I could not see any one, I spotted the self checkout but didn't want to try it out. I then saw a lady pointing for me to use self check out, but I nodded my head sideways. She walked over to the tills with annoyance, didn't say anything to me and looked grumpy. She scanned my items & gave the receipt with no words at all! I just said thank you and walked away. I tried to look for the manager but because I was so peeved off and it was 9.45am, I didn't bother. I've seen her face before and it's not friendly face at all!. There are limited choices too. I much preferred the store in the Whitgift centre.

   Terrible service, rude, and long queues. One cashier upstairs and one downstairs during the busy Christmas shopping period. Online returns have to be done downstairs despite no signs as you enter but a A4 one at the upstairs till. I miss the other store which use to be in the Whitgift!

   If I could give this 0 stars I would. It totally ludicrous that I have to call some call centre in India who are unable to trace a branch in UK without full address. Secondly I gave the guy the item number 3 times before he found item. He then could only gave me the price in dollars instead of sterling as I’m in UK. He then left me hanging on by which time I was so fed up I just hung up. Very disappointed.
