   Sadly 0 Stars isn't an option. I have shopped in this establishment on multiple occasions, each time spending substancial amounts. However, I will not return. Upon entering, I was inquired if I needed assistance, to which I declined. Despite this, a staff member followed me and stood beside me, resulting in an uncomfortable silence at times. I relocated to another section, only to find the same staff member following me again. Upon exiting, the staff member had to press a button to unlock the door for me to leave. I observed the premises for 10 minutes thereafter and noticed no other customers were followed, nor was the door button required for others to exit. Whether this was a conscious or unconscious bias (put politely), I cannot ascertain. Nevertheless, I have decided not to return to this branch. Other branches used have always provided fantastic service. Very distasteful, do better...

   Great experience wine tasting with my partner and some friends and family for our first wedding next year! Ryan and James were really friendly and there were options laid out for us ready to go when we arrived. Ryan led us through the tasting expertly and was able to answer all of our questions. We were able to purchase great red, rose, white and prosecco options for the big day. Would definitely recommend!

   They have great selection of wines and other drinks. The place is very clean and they have good arrangement of the bottles. The staff are also friendly and more than happy to help if you have enquiries. Definitely a plus as well that they are very knowledgeable about the wine selection. I highly recommend this store!

   Sorry but wasn't at Majestic Wine, merely nearby, so can't help on this occasion. I have, however, used this branch of Majestic quite a few times, when living in nearby Whyteleafe. They always carried a great variety of wines, at varying prices, and were always pleased to advise on choice per your budget. They never let me down on this front. Thanks.

   Ideal for: wine lovers and parents with child free weekends. Key Info: small parking available, not suitable for large SUV. Pros: - Fantastic customer experience. - Amazing selection of wines. - Lovely staff, we had to wait about two minutes and they offered free Champagne whilst I wait. Cons: - No parking signs, so for someone with a medium or large size SUV you might use the wrong entrance.
