Absolutely useless can't organise anything then constantly lie about where your delivery is.....don't belive anything they say
No customer focus. No samples of expensive outlay items to take home. Trade only they say so best avoided by end buyer.
Throughout the process I have had to check and chase every part of my design. It appears the expectation is that customers check through quotes line by line to cross reference the item numbers, if not items will be missed and or incorrect. The 'kitchen designer' at no time reached out to check through the quote or design. I made many unreturned calls and emails and now I have a kitchen that isn't what I wanted. My builder spoke very highly of Howdens but the whole process has been a disappointment. I would not recommend. Edit: Rather than own up to his mistake, Ollie the ‘kitchen designer’ has lied about me. So many errors were made by Ollie during the ‘design’ and delivery stage. He never once followed up or checked in, my builder and I had to chase at every stage. All of this I put up with in the hopes of getting a kitchen was happy with, instead I have received more poor treatment.
Bev designed my new kitchen and has done a fantastic job, I am so happy with it. High quality units and finish, well worth the money.
Hi I am. A client off Howdens for long time and I use to work and collaborate with a lot off people wich dey work for this company, but on this branch is a worker with the name CHIO I AM NOT SURE and I treat the clients very bad, I came this morning to bay same doors and same kitchen cabinets and I refuse to serve me because I said is just came back for holiday and I very tired I suggest me to came back 12 clock this is very unprofessional never happened before in all my live ,never use this branch
Bev from Howdens designed our renovated kitchen and did an absolutely incredible job! She thought outside of the box and brought ideas to the table that we hadn't previously considered, but which were perfect for the space. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, we highly recommend her services - 10/10
A great service from Paul and especially Maddie! She has been great designing my new kitchen and has not disappointed! Her knowledge, expertise and meeting the customer’s needs has made this an easy run for me. Always got back to me quickly and was very detailed in the way she explained things to me. A very friendly bunch in South Croydon, they make you feel very comfortable. What could have been a very stressful project, Maddie made it feel very simple! I would defiantly recommend buying your kitchen from Howdens in South Croydon. If I could give 6 stars I would, but I guess I will have to settle for 5.
I can not thank Maddie,the designer enough for her attention to detail,knowledge and expertise in designing my kitchen. I love the plans and am really excited about having my new kitchen installed soon. Maddie and everyone in Howdens South Croydon were highly professional and yet really friendly. I arrived a bit late for my appointment,stressed out because unfortunately I got lost on my way there,however,I soon felt at home and relaxed with the team. Maddie listened to what I wanted and created beautiful kitchen plans especially for me,love them! Thank you so much,you deserve a massive 5 star rating
