   I've got to say that RDO gave me fantastic customer service right from the word go. After another Appliance supplier let me down on delivery, my kitchen fitters in my home, I needed to get my appliances quickly. RDO, not only did they deliver quickly, but they also went out their way to price match another appliance so that I purchased both appliances from them, and got them delivered together. Their delivery guys were fab too, gentle and careful with my appliances and brought them straight into my kitchen. To add to this, one of the hob plates were slightly damaged and upon emailing RDO, they sent a replacement through straight away. What I really loved about RDO was the fact that I was dealing with 'real' people, not a chat bot and not some form of AI questions and answer bank. Real people to speak to on the phone and real people responding promptly to my emails. Thank you RDO, for the great service and experience. I would definitely recommend you to others. Great on price, great on service and great on delivery.

   I ordered an AEG cooker hood online. I got a call from Laura - friendly & professional. As I didn't need the hood for a few weeks she was happy to hold into it - no problem whatsoever. I spoke to Laura & another member of staff. Both were great. Hood delivered today - was able to track delivery so knew exactly when it was going to be delivered. I'm impressed by the price and the excellent customer service.

   Brilliant experience with RDO. Spotted company online and placed order for wine cooler late Bank Holiday Monday. Received a call the next morning to confirm order and delivery on Wednesday. Goods received by 10.00 am the next morning. Unfortunately the wine cooler did not work so I called their customer support line. After working through some potential fixes together a new cooler was ordered. New cooler received and other returned by 8.00 am the next morning. The true sign of great customer service is based on how a company reacts when things don’t go according to plan. In this case, they really shone. I’m so pleased I spotted RDO when looking to order and I will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you!

   What a great company to deal with.. as soon as I ordered online, they phoned and confirmed the order and delivery date. They made sure to email and text to uodate and finally, on delivery day, they phoned to say exactly what time they would arrive.    Nicely laid out showroom with lots of appliances on the ground floor for kitchens including fridges, freezers, cookers, washing machines a.d tumble driers. On the 1st floor, they have different kitchens on display. They all look great, showing a range of different worktops, appliances, islands, cabinets, drawers, bins, cookers, sinks and taps. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It's got quality kitchens and appliances but you will have to pay for it as they are not cheap!
