Returning customer stitched up with wrong delivery. Real test of customer service is how they deal with you when something goes wrong. Delivery of floorboards contained some wrong items, I was told to open all the packets to photograph and show what was wrong. Finished off the job with the correct materials. Was then told I couldn't return the incorrect items as I'd already opened them, and should have just mixed in the wrong floorboards with the ones I ordered. Several hundred pounds wasted.

Had an easy experience when buying my LVT glue down flooring. Delivery was well communicated and fast. Customer services rang me to query my quantities as I had a lot more glue than necessary, I in fact needed it for other rooms that I'd be doing but hadn't ordered the flooring yet. Good of them to check for me, could have saved me money if incorrect. Will use again in the future.

Excellent communication throughout the purchase of our engineered wood flooring. Jack was our main point of contact who kept us updated regularly. Would recommend to others looking to purchase new flooring. Good prices also available.

Flooring quality is fine You can *generally* get someone on the phone Delivery of product is OK Delivery speed of samples POOR RETURN POLICY? What return policy. I travel a lot for work, so it is very important that deliveries arrive when they are supposed to. Samples did not arrive on time and I had a very narrow window in which my kitchen could be fitted. I phoned up Flooring Supplies and asked if I purchased two types of flooring, whether I would be able to return the flooring I didn't want/need. They responded YES. However, when the flooring arrived I carefully opened ONE of the Quick Step packs to take a look at the flooring and compare the two products I had ordered. The packaging is incredibly flimsy, thin perforated cardboard which tears and opens when the flooring is moved. I repacked the package I opened as best I could, however they use a plastic wrap I couldn't get my hands on. Basically, they pack in such a way that as soon as your flooring is off the delivery van, the packaging is compromised. However, after calling AGAIN I was told that there might be some trouble with the pack I opened, but any packages that are unopened and resaleable should be accepted. In good faith, I repacked the flooring pack I had opened as well as I possibly could, with my principal concern on making sure the product inside wasn't damaged in transit, naively thinking that the carboard I had been instructed to write the returns number and other info on would not be reused for immediately resale anyway. I paid the £20 delivery fee and sent the two packs back to the warehouse. Both packs were refused and redelivered. I wish I could add a photo of the packages I sent back. The product is completely unused, ond pack unopened and the other repacked as best as possible considering the single use/single trip cardboard (I was going to say container but that would be unjust to containers) provided. In summary, DO NOT order a product with any expectation of being able to send back for a -15% restocking refund. If by a miracle the packaging stays intact from van to door, and you have no desire to see what you have received, they only accept returns for your FULL ORDER and all packs must be UNOPENED/completely unblemished. This is irregardless of the condition of the actual product. If you order several things in a delivery and want to part return or have ordered an excess, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. The packaging is designed to be compromised as soon as you handle it so basically there is no hope for return as soon as you are in receipt of your flooring. My experience relates to QuickStep, I can't speak on the way their other products are packed. If you read other people's experiences, they are very similar when it comes to returns with this company. Their returns policy is very wooly and subject to interpretation, so get any queries over returns in writing before proceeding.

Ordered some flooring, had an email stating they needed to confirm my order, was then told they did not have it in stock (dispite website stating it was) Disgusting service. Not even an applogy, just some excuse about their system. Will not shop here again.

It's s good showroom and has very friendly, helpful and patient staff members. Easy to order. Plenty of parking spaces outside. Inside the showroom, the lighting is not great and hard to see some samples properly, but they sent me samples for peace of mind.

I found this company online and was mostly in touch with Lee who was very helpful and sent me some free floor samples. I followed his suggestion and visited the showroom as the floors do like different on the website than in real life. All in all I would use them again and recommend them. However one negative was that as someone who doesn't know about flooring and was looking for specific things I would've liked some more professional information to help make decisions about the products, which even after asking questions, was mainly left up to me. I also asked if they offer installation, to which they said 'yes', but what they mean by that is that you still need to order everything separately and they will put you in touch with a local floor installer who is independent to flooringsupplies however.

We had a fantastic experience. We went in without any knowledge of floors and by the time we walked out, Priscilla Krishnan made sure we knew everything. We were really impressed with the way she explained things patiently and her regular follow ups to ensure we were on track. It took us a good few months to order due to issues with our construction, but when the time came we went back to the store and placed the order with her. The delivery came on time with no issues. The product is very good and I'll recommend this to anyone.
