   I made an online order for delivery. When I paid, it said that only collection. I emailed them, called them, and had no response. I checked the online info email address, and it doesn't work either. I wanted to cancel my order in this case and no customer service! I can't collect my order on Saturday evening. I ordered online for delivery, not collection!

   The new lady working in the bakery section (Daria) is fantastic. Her area is always clean, she communicates in four languages and makes the experience an enjoyable one. She is particularly great with dealing with difficult customers that TFC attracts. The bakery section is always fresh when she is there, very clean and difficult to stay away from! It would be fantastic if she worked there day and night!

   Hello, I wanted to buy the fruits in picture attached but they are NOT good to eat instead very soft and some are melting inside as you can see. They already should be in the food waste bin BUT which are still on display on the top tray. I decided not to buy for the fruits that will definitely make me sick. After that I found the tray underneath is nicer. So, other ladies and I removed the top tray and tried to choose nicer from underneath tray. On that time the sales assistant who is in the picture and told us in a very rude manner and behavior not to remove the tray in a very loud voice(shouted us) and very unpleasant days happened to me. I was very shocked in his skills of customer service. It looks like he doesn't learnt anything even he is in the UK, working for TFC which is a big successful company. Then, I explained him the one in there is not good anymore but the other tray below have nicer. I will NOT pay or eat the food those should be in the bin already. I want a good one for the money I pay. I thought he would have come to his sense when he sees his fruits, instead he kick us(othera ladies and I) out from the shop and said not to buy....just because we wanted the nicer from the below tray. Can you imagine what he said to us? He even swore me again in his language after kicking me out from the shop because I told him no one will pay and eat the food which should be in the bin. Then, I told him I will report him how his extream bad behavior, his bad cusromer service, and his violence to the customer was. I want him to be educated how to respect customers who is paying for employees wages including his, also profit to the owner and and management team. So, I am here, would like to request, suggest and report the TFC management team as your regular customer that please do not keep or hire the staffs who don't have the skills of customer service, on top with bad manners and behavior, violence to his customer who are like him. It will cause your financial loss and company reputation. If you already have, please discipline and educate them. Anyway, I will not shop in Croydon TFC anymore. I believe I wouldn't want to see him in this shop again. There are other shops around where I can get what I need. I hope that information helps both the management team and the customers who shops in TFC Croydon. Regards, Yin

   Been going on and off to TFC for many years but it is getting rather expensive, I mean I bought a plate of ix Turkish sweets and was charged almost £10. I can get one from my local corner shop for just under £6 ???? Never again TFC , it's a rip off !!!

   Unfortunately I have to write a bad review. As many others reported, way too often there are price "mistakes" where at the till you are charged a different (higher) price than the one on display in the shop. In many occasions I pointed it out, asked for refund and told them to fix the price issue as it is not fair. They tend to brush it off, never apologised and reluctantly refunded. It just happened again and after speaking to the manager I got the same unapologetic attitude. He refunded me like if I had bordered him and he was doing me a favour. I will avoid shopping there in the future. It is a shame because I like their products but I can't tollerate the dishonesty and lack of basic manners, let alone costumers service skills. It you shop there make sure YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOU RECIPT!

   If you are looking for customer service then look elsewhere, their service is reliant upon the mood of their staff, sometimes you don't even get acknowledgement that you are there and some try to hide behind the language barrier. Probably one of the most poor customer services on the parade.

   Great(usually) fruits and vegetables choice all year round. And THE RUDEST staff one could ever come across: 1.On at least 3 ocassions they double charged me for one and the same product;once I went back to the store manager almost shouted at me"everyone have the right to do mistake"...well,if it happenned only once Id give it a benefit of the doubt 2.Cashier on till No 1 was having a chat on the mobile phone whilst serving clients.Having been asked"am I not disturbing you?"he just said "no"..on the other hand-can some people be expected to have manners..?

   Customer services definitely needs a work. I asked for guidance of where a particular product was and go told to check somewhere in the back with an attitude. Both managers and staff members need an attitude check. Can’t be running a whole shop with nasty customer service and also be shouting at your staff members too.
