   This is the worst shopping experience ever. This man is a scammer and a very fraudulent person. He should be put out of business. I went in there to order and pay for a bed and 2 bedside drawers. I kept phoning and visiting his shop before he could deliver the items. Only for him to deliver a different bed and no bedside drawer. I am still chasing him for the drawers and i had to accept the bed which is a cheaper version from what i ordered.

   ⭐ 1/5 — Shockingly bad service This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I spent five days ( span of more than 2 weeks) waiting for my furniture, with constant delays and zero accountability. The excuses kept changing — from a broken-down vehicle to the delivery being stopped by police — but none of that justifies the complete lack of professionalism. When the delivery finally showed up at 8 PM, the furniture was the wrong size. After wasting my time all week, they couldn’t even get the order right. Their customer service is unhelpful, unreliable, and shows no respect for customers’ time. I will never order from this place again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

   Amazing job. I've recently received my sofa and wadrobe . The items came in good condition and delivery was good. The fit guy put them together for me . He did an amazing job and made sure that everything was place based to my plan. He did also gave advances , communicate every step of work I'm really happy with the service offered and I highly recommend House2Home

   DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!! My mother in law bought a sofa from them and in less than 6 months the sofa has developed a fault! We have been in contact with their customer service where they promised to send their people to come and view the fault multiple times however NOBODY came and NO message from them. I have given up and hoping to take them to small claims as the sofa was £1,500. Absolute joke company - the other reviews on here are fake too, made by employees and friends! AVOID AT ALL COST
